Why do people want to see Lea? I hate him! I loved Axel, but bringing Lea back was probably one of the moments of Kingdom Hearts. Don't bring him back!

Just bc YOU don't like Lea doesn't mean others can't . Get over it .To me, Lea 's DDD role was one of the best moments. He's gotten some of the best character development in the series besides Riku and his badassery is just plain out fun .

I'm most interested to see what gives with Terra. I've heard multiple theories about where he is, his current state of existence, and how he'll return, and I find a fair number of them plausible, in addition to my own personal theory. Still, I wouldn't be surprised if Nomura managed to surprise us with Terra. Either way, he's my favorite character and I'm ready to see him again.

Kairi, because frankly every other character on the list above (except for Lea) has been a playable character. I think it's Kairi's turn, even if she's only playable for the tutorial bit at the beginning of the game. I want to see her potential in more than just a couple of cutscenes. I want to know about how her training will go, and how she will respond if she meets Aqua again after almost 12 years (even though Kairi might not remember her).

 

I'd also like to know more about Lea. I'd like to know more about what happened between him and Isa after BbS, how he lost his heart, and how he's dealing with becoming a Keyblade wielder.

Lea has had absolutely no character development in the series. His character is doing nothing but playing off of Axel's personality. Yes, I know that they're the same people basically, but Lea literally wakes up, and just acts likes Axel, except it feels more like imitation. Every catchphrase that he used in DDD was cringe-worthy and did not at all feel natural in comparison to the way that Axel said them in KH2 and CoM. And why bring him back? Axel was such an interesting character in KH2, and his death was really emotional and poignant. But now that Lea is back, that scene in KH2 literally means nothing. What made Axel so interesting and cool was that he was a villain that wanted to do good, because of his friendship with Roxas. You could never tell his motives, and thus he was always fun watch. In DDD, not only is Lea a straight-up hero, but now he's a keyblade wielder. Frankly, that just boring. And Lea is boring, and annoying.

 

Get over it.

You literally ASKED why anyone would want to see him so you should take your own advice and read what you type to others . Secondly what you just said is absurd and makes little sense considering Lea is Axel with all his memories plus revived Leas new ones . Axel also retained all his memories from his previous life as teenage Lea. They are still the same person . The newly revived Lea would be Axel too with all his memories .We saw him literally go through the stages of growing a heart before our eyes through several games and saw many sides to his personality . His sacrifice wasn't cheapened by his return since when he did it he really thought he would die and not return . He's had plenty of development but you are too biased to see it . Deal with it..Cry me a river .

I like Lea, I mean I really do like Lea for he is awesome and his presence in KH3 will be most welcome! ...Buuuuuuuuut! For the sake of arguement and my liking of this character and how much I long to see him return for a major role in KH3 I choose Roxas! I really want him back, I want him to have a major role and I want him to do something really awesome in KH3, I don't care what but I must be cool and I want him and Axel/Lea to re-kindle their long lost friendship because they deserve it.

I did not vote on any of the options in the poll because I'm interested in what will happen to all the characters in this game.  Each one has their baggage, each one has their reasons for being thrust into this conflict, and each one has suffered to an extent.  So it'll be awesome to see all the situations of the characters resolved in Kingdom Hearts 3.  It will be one heck of a show, guaranteed to make us get the feels!
