"Man they're never going to stop," power said. "Well we're just gonna have to kill 'em all!"Laix said.

As soon as Laix had finished his sentence, there was lots of screaming from many soldiers on the dark side.

"What the..."Laix wondered.

"Deep Freeze!" said a mysterious man." I have to kill them all. I have to protect those in need."

The mysterious figure appeared to be on the light side but was as dark as ever.

The mysterious figure then pulled out a keyblade and blood came out gushing everywhere

"Why that can only be him..." Gendo said.

The mysterious figure overheard, and gave a big smiled.

"Yuki Oyshi. The man of pain and suffering."Gendo finished

(I know Oath already talked to you about this, but I'm afraid you're doing something that is against so many rules, that it's going against the very essence of role playing. Not only has your character not actually been accepted yet, but you are controlling somebody else's character. You can not put in your post what a different character is saying or doing, unless it's stated previously in one of their posts. That way we're all working together to create a story, using your own character to interact with other characters in an interesting and creative way. So you controlling somebody else is a huge no-no. Sorry to be kind of a jerk about the rules, but I want to make sure it's clear to you. Sorry to Captain too for being a junior modder of sorts.)(Oh, and A.H., in my previous post, I attacked you. In your follow-up post, you did not recognize the attack by saying that you either dodged it, blocked it, or it hit you. That's what I mean.)Minus had been hit with the stop spell, but Brazen had appeared before any of the others could actually attack her. As the spell wore off, the dark Wielder glanced up to he big guy. Minus rolled her eyes, before turning her attention to the Light wielders. "I didn't need your help..." She said, her voice slightly irritated. She had met Braxen previously, and the big adrenaline junkie seriously irked her. But he was a good soldier, so whatever. Minus noticed one of the wielders(Gendo). She dashed forward, getting herself close to him. "Praise be to the darkness." She whispered to him, her voice ghostly in a horribly scary way. She sliced down her keyblade towards him, following up with a simple horizontal slash.Quint was caught in smoke. He had to get out of the cloud, and fast. He rolled, hoping that any attack would be too high and miss him, and that he'd escape the smoke. Out of the smoke for a second, Quint stood and summoned his bow back to him, looking for his opponent once more. He didn't see him. But it was possible that Blight was still in the cloud, and Quint knew he had to be on guard. He kept his bow out, and arrow nocked. The archer kept himself aware of his surroundings. Ari cocked a brow in amusement as one of the opposing Keyblade wielders let out a burst of flames to engulf his enemies.  It was a shame that they were enemies, as Ari was relatively certain that she could've almost liked him otherwise.  Seeing potential harm deriving from this Wielder, Ari darted behind him and tapped his shoulder, almost mockingly.

 

"'Ello there," she said in her thick Australian-esque accent.  "I see that you know how to put your enemies in their place.  So far I haven't found anyone worthy of calling an opponent, though you truly caught my eye.  Now then"--she extended a slender hand and instantly a Keyblade emanating darkness materialized within it--"let's see what you're *really* made of!"

"What I'm really made of?" Power said mockingly, "Oh,ho, ho, you have no idea..."

Power leaped into the air and started flying around and stopped right in front of her and said, "The ground seems too...rough for me. Let's do it in the air...if you can even reach me!"

 And with that, Power flew off into the air, high above the battlefield, thinking "Can't go easy on her, even though she is a pretty girl."

"Still as stubborn as ever, eh Minus? Happy to see you alive too." Braxen said, before firing pulses of dark energy at both Iaix and Gendo.

 

Blight, was about to attack Quint, but then realized that he was probably just as blind as hes bow wielding opponent was. He then decided to scramble up a tree, and wait for the smoke to dissipate. When it did, he jumped out of the tree and slashed downward at Quint.

Claire carefully moved along the battlefield towards her target. She had learned at a young age how to move unnoticed. She had dismiss her Keyblade and put her shield on her back as she scrabbled from cover point to cover point till she neared the artillery emplacement. She took a knee behind fallen tree as she observed the magically powered cannons raining dark fire on the Light's lines. Her master had sent her to take it and she wasn't going to let him down. Not after all he had done for her.

Pulling out her shield as she summoned her Keyblade, Claire sprang from her cover, landing in the middle of the weapons team around the cannons.

"Thunder!" She called, stabbing her blade into the sky.

Bolts of lightning answered her call, stabbing down all around her, striking the gunnery team and cannons. She followed the spell with quick, precise strikes to each enemy around her, using her shield to deflect any counterattacks, but the enemy team didn't have time to regroup before they lay dead at the young Keyblade Wielder's feet.

With a moment to slice the cannons in two, Claire took off before an enemy patrol would find her, back towards the Light's lines.

A slight smile curved the edges of Ari's crimson lips.  Yes, she liked her opponent already, and again thought it a shame that they couldn't be allies.  "It's people like you that motivate me, mate," she said, offering Power a nod of respect.  "I only wonder where you were when my master was searching for recruits.  You have potential."  With that, Ari waved her free hand, casting stop on her opponent.  A somber expression clouded the young woman's expression.  "I really hate that I'll have to kill you."

 

With that, she flung her Keyblade.  It twirled in the air as it charged directly towards Power's heart.

Unfortunately for Ari, Power was hidden within cloud in the sky & she actually attacked an Air Clone made to look like Power. By the time she activated her Stop on the Air Clone, he's preparing an attack that would leave her...breathless.

"This is going to take your breath away...Air Lock!"

An air vortex started to warp around Ari. She's starting to float up into the air.

"If you want to live...surrender & join the Light!"

For one moment, an emotion otherwise unseen was present within Ari's eyes: fear.  It was rare that someone bested her, and admittedly she underestimated Power's abilities.  She found herself floating hopelessly upward, unable to move or possibly retaliate.  The offer to join the side of light was tempting, and yet . . . .

"No," she barely muttered, her voice hardly audible above the roar of the air vortex.  "I--cannot join you.  Light is weakness.  The only way to--to move on is with power, and this can only be obtained through darkness.  I *will* succeed, because I have no other choice.  Elia's future . . . depends on it."

 

The raven-haired woman dropped her chin to her chest, allowing her body to be consumed by the vortex.  It couldn't end this way, even if it was easier.  With the remains of her conserved energy, Ari managed to cast a simple slowga spell, causing the vortex to slow to the point of nearly ceasing.  As its winds calmed, its grip on Ari released, allowing her breath once more as her feet neared the ground.  Upon regaining her footing, her eyes were alit, with a glow of determination.  "Very nice, but you'll still have to do better than that."  Ari then cast haste on herself, being able to move twice her normal speed.  Reaching Power had once been a problem, but thanks to his air vortex she was able to use it to propel in his direction, Keyblade outstretched.  "It ends here!"

"FLAME SPHERE!!" Power quickly yelled out! A large ball of fire quickly surrounded Power. Power smirks, "You think that's going to stop me? You know what they say, 'Adding wind to flames makes it burn brighter and hotter'!"

As the wind kept on hitting the Flame Sphere, it kept growing & growing. "Never underestimate me...Don't you DARE underestimate me..." Power said angrily.

Power started to use his power over wind to make his Flame Sphere bigger while at the same time, slowly moving himself & Ari away from the main battlefield without her noticing.

 

Meanwhile, the Air Clone that Power made started to reform and slowly went down to the battlefield without her noticing and went to Max. He started to tell him Power's plan to defeat Ari.

"...and that's my plan.Make sure you follow it exactly." said the Air Clone.

"For the love of- Nightwing! Incoming!"

 

Nightsparrow's warning couldn't have come at a better time as Shadowhawk, Raven, and Kiwi were too focused on sniping anyone not on the side of light with their precision arrow-rifles. They were heavily entrenched behind enemy lines, the four squadmates facing in all four directions and at least being a thorn in the enemy's plans as they either eliminated or severely weakened anyone who charged past them to the actual battlefront several miles behind them. The whistle of the enemy cannon shell became a deafening scream as they all ducked inside their foxholes.

 

A plume of dirt exploded near one of the foxholes, sending their usually calm leader into a frenzy. "Raven?! Raven!!" he screamed over the deafening sounds of more artillery shells screaming down from above. "I'm ok!" he heard the medic yell back, coughing. "Get into the crater now!" Without hesitation, the squad took heed of the orders and dived into the freshly smoking crater, the soil charred and burnt to the point that it had a thin layer of blackened glass as they all went prone. Their ears ringed as more cannon shells hit around them mere seconds later, and the squad ignored their own lives and started caring more for each other's as they peeked over the crater, leveled their rifles, and continued the withering fire on the dark users. "We need reinforcements, now!" Kiwi shouted over his shoulders, ducking his head under the crater before popping back up and squeezing the trigger. "Send a flare Hawk. Now!" The focused rifleman did as he was told as he ducked down inside the crater, rolled over until he was facing the sky, summoned his keyblade, and shot up a sizable orb of white light into the sky. "Equal opportunity signal, man! Lets hope our side reaches us before we get overwhelmed!!!" 

 

Trying desperately to find out where the shells were coming from, Sparrow peeked over the ridge of the crater and looked for the obvious places where artillery would be stationed: Higher ground. His intuition paid off when he saw the machinery send off one last volley before being destroyed by a spell of thunder. A grin formed on the leader's face as he yelled back to his squad. "Artillery downed! One more volley boys! Incoming!"

Max regained consciousness and saw what appeared to be an air clone an air clone of Power coming towards him. The clone then proceeded to tell Max his plan. Max scowled; he didn't like taking orders from his peers, and besides, this guy rubbed him the wrong way. "No, that won't work. I've seen this girl in battle before. She's too smart to fall for a risky stunt like that. Besides, I'm not very good at time magic. Just keep her busy, I'll take care of her." he said, and threw Explosive Justice into the air, turning it into a keyblade glider shaped like a motorcycle. He hopped on, and sped towards Ari from behind.

 

As Claire sped towards the front lines, Penny jumped out in front of her, keyblade drawn. "Surrender now, or I will kill you." she said, her voice frighteningly calm in the midst of all the violence and bloodshed surrounding her.

(Sorry about that, I getting too crazy into the battle)

"Hah!" Power scream as he escaped his Flame Shield, looking healed but not fully. "Thanks to me being raised by the Dragonoid, I learned how to make fire heal me & others, but I can only do this 2 more times."

"So Ari," Power said curiously, "earlier you said you had to do this for 'Elia's future'...who is Elia?"

As Power asked that question, he was secretly covering Max with special fog, making sure that his presence could not be detected for the attack.

"Impressive," Ari muttered, accent thick. "Never have I seen anyone who can heal themselves with the very heart of flames.  Who are you, exactly?  You're not fully human . . . are you?"

 

Her slow spell began to fade, and the winds of Power's air vortex strengthened.  With that, the sped-up Ari instantly lowered to the ground, her eyes not moving from Power's.  "Regarding your question . . . .  If you must know, Elia is my little sister who died saving my life."

 

At that moment the roaring of an engine broke into her thoughts and echoed across the battlefield.  Ari whirled around to find a man charging directly towards her on a motorcycle.  Her eyes narrowed into slits as she brought her Keyblade close to her chest.

Power chuckled. "I am VERY human. I was raised by the Dragonoids, taught me how to one with the sky, and how fire can not only be destructive but helpful."

With the Slow spell gone, the air from Power's previous attack rushed Ari intensely & she slammed into the ground hard.

"Here comes the cavalry," Power thought.

He squints his eyes as he sees Ari bringing her Keyblade closer to her.

"Oh no you don't," Power said as he makes a fire ball the size his hand & throws it at her own hand!

Direct hit! Her Keyblade flew out of her hand and Max rammed right into Ari!

"Hey I found him he's over here!" Someone shouted as they shot a fireball at him, Cole barely managed to dodge it as he continued to run through the canyon trying to lose his pursuers who had caught him trying to call for backup. "I don't have time for this!" Cole shouted, he had been selected as a runner to relay a message that his team had been pinned down and needed help, unfortunately their attackers weren't leaving survivors today and sent a group after him. He finally caught a break and hid in a secluded opening among the rocks just as the group came rushing around the corner "Damn we lost him, spread out and search" he heard one of them shout as they headed off into different directions, Cole kept an eye out for a clear sign to go and kept running as fast as he could.

(Not while in the Realm of Darkness, which is where everyone in the RP is heading, so no.)

 

Mas rammed into Ari with his Keyblade glider, sending her flying even higher into the air, before quickly plummeting down to the ground. "That was some pretty impressive teamwork, if I do say so myself. Thank you, Power." he said.

 

Braxen was about to spit out some witty remark to Iaix followed by a swift pummeling, but then he saw Ari falling to the ground, and changed his mind. "I'm going to save myself a lovely lady, that's what!" he shouted at Iaix, and sprinted to where Ari was falling. He got there just in time to jump into the air, catch her, and use dark magic to slow down their fall. "Why hello there, are you all right? I don't believe we've met. My name's Braxen." he said, trying to act as suave as possible.

 

Blight was about to strike down Quint with his downward slash, when he dodged his strike at the last minute. [Dang, this guy's a lot better than I expected.] he thought, when suddenly the ground began to tremble, and the last thing he saw, the last thing everyone around him saw, was darkness swallow them whole.

 

The battle was truly intense, the greatest clash between light and darkness to ever occur in the Keyblade War, except for the final battle at what would come to be called the Keyblade Graveyard. Not only that, but what all of the combatants didn't know was that Twilight Canyon, the location they were fighting in, was the site of a weak point between the Realm of Light and the Realm of Darkness. Because of these two things, the weak point was temporarily destroyed, causing hundreds of soldiers on both side of the conflict to be sucked into the Realm of Darkness. What they didn't know, however, was that they had landed in a particularly special part of the Realm of Darkness. One filled with savagery... and evil.

 

As the darkness diapered, Max saw that he was in a different place entirely than where he was fighting. From his vantage point in the sky, he could spot mountains, rivers, dead forests, and more, illuminated solely by the light of the giant moon hovering overhead. He had a bad feeling about this place, it was dark... twisted even. He then realized something rather unfortunate. His keyblade glider quickly dissipated behind him, turning back into a keyblade, while he was still multiple stories above ground. He quickly fell, and was saved only by a girl with a staff using gravity on him right before he hit the ground. When the spell wore off, he gently dropped to the ground, and walked over to his rescuer, a friend of his called Rain. "Thanks for the assist Rain, that would've been a poor way for a hero to die." Rain merely rolled her eyes. "So... where do you suppose we are?" he asked. All around him were soldiers of both dark and light, apparently just as confused as he was. "I don't know, but I don't like it." Rain finally said.

 

(All right evoryone, it's time for the RP to truly begin! Whether your characters react to the situation by talking with the others or by continuing to fight the opposing army is completely up to you. Have fun!)

The events that followed all happened in a blur for Ari.  First she had been attacked by Power, and then jolted into by Max moments later.  She then found herself flying helplessly through the air, only to be caught by an enthusiastic young man who seemed to be trying to earn a number of points with her.  Upon his kind greeting, Ari blinked in surprise.  The situation was a little awkward at best, namely on a battlefield as they were.  "Um, many thanks, my friend; I don't believe we have met, or at least not in this life.  The name's Ariana Clyvonn, though please call me Ari.  And, erm, you're welcome to put me down at any time, thank you."

 

Not long after this had occurred, however, it seemed that the world was being torn asunder.  Before any question could be uttered or expressed, the young woman, along with the remains of the light and dark Keyblade armies, had been drawn into the darkness.  It engulfed them, swallowed them, and, much to Ari's bewilderment and slight fear, brought them to a place unlike any other that she'd seen.  Darkness surrounded them, in an environment Ari couldn't quite put into words.  It looked like a place from a haunted dream, only a smidgen more real and relatable.  The raven-haired woman surveyed the place with a critical eye, crimson lips parted slightly in surprise.  She then turned to face her companions: Braxen, Power, and Max.  "All right, either we've all died and entered the afterlife, or something terrible has just happened.  Any thoughts or suggestions, anyone?"

"Alright! Nice job!" Power shouted from above.

Then, fear came into Power's eyes when he saw Darkness starting to swallow everything up. He started to fly upwards but it was useless. The Darkness caught up to him...

Moments later, Power woke up. Dazed and confused. Wondering how the Darkness suddenly come out from nowhere.

To his left, Power sees Max. To his right, he sees Braxen & Ari. He ran straight to her.

"Are you alright?" Power asked "Let me heal you!"

Power had his healing fire wrapped around his hands.

"Tell me where it hurts the most!"

"Oh, sorry about that miss." Braxen said, and put Ari down. Most men would've felt embarrassed, but Braxen had acted like a fool around young women so many times before, that something as minor as this hardly phased him. "My name's Braxen, also know as Braxen the Bold." In reality, only a few of the soldiers called him that, and when they did they were usually making fun of him, but for now he decided not to mention that.

A nervous smile escaped the raven-haired woman as she was gracefully brought to her feet by her savior.  "Thank you, Braxen.  Fancy meeting you, really.  I'm sure that we'll see much of each other throughout all of this, and hopefully I can return the favor and save your skin, too."  Yes, she liked Braxen already, even though he seemed a bit of a lady's man.  Ah well, she figured mentally.  Let him.  He'll just find that I'm not blown away like other girls.  I don't have the time for that.

 

Much to Ari's astonishment, Power came rushing over to her.  He appeared concerned, and his words that followed made her jaw drop.  He'd actually been concerned about her well-being!  A slight frown furrowed her pencil-thin brows.  "Okay, let me get this straight . . . .  A little while ago you were trying to kill me, and now you want to heal me?  Forgive me, but you make a terrible enemy.  Although"--a grin creeped across her face as she extended her left forearm.  A deep cut ran along the length of it and, while it wasn't severe, it could become this way, especially if untreated or infected--"while you're offering, I'll graciously accept.  Thank you, er--what is your name again?"

From his vantage point in the sky, he could spot mountains, rivers, dead forests, and more, illuminated solely by the light of the giant moon hovering overhead. He had a bad feeling about this place, it was dark... twisted even. He then realized something rather unfortunate. His keyblade glider quickly dissipated behind him, turning back into a keyblade, while he was still multiple stories above ground. He quickly fell, and was saved only by a girl with a staff using gravity on him right before he hit the ground. When the spell wore off, he gently dropped to the ground, and walked over to his rescuer, a friend of his called Rain. "Thanks for the assist Rain, that would've been a poor way for a hero to die." Rain merely rolled her eyes. "So... where do you suppose we are?" he asked. All around him were soldiers of both dark and light, apparently just as confused as he was. "I don't know, but I don't like it." Rain finally said.

 

(All right evoryone, it's time for the RP to truly begin! Whether your characters react to the situation by talking with the others or by continuing to fight the opposing army is completely up to you. Have fun!)

With the four friends that constituted Nightwing Patrol screaming for their lives as they continued laying withering fire amidst a sea of enemies and one last enemy artillery barrage, it looked like the Old Guards were finally gonna bite the dust as a mortar screamed in from above, and impacted a little too close to the team as Hawk was sent flying. "Nathan!" the remaining three teens screamed, trying to keep their defensive integrity up as Raven immediately broke from his position to save the fallen squadmate. He slid to a kneel when he was close enough, trying to assess the damage. 

 

Hawk was shell-shocked as he laid there, blinking and not really doing much of anything as arrow-fire screamed above them. "Nathan? Nathan!" Raven screamed to his friend as he grabbed his comrade and shook him. "Get up, Nathan! Get up! We need you now! Get up!" The rifleman merely blinked and looked at him, not hearing a word he said as the world started to tear apart around him. Raven noticed, and decided to drag the temporarily-out-of-commission rifleman to the rest of his pack. The other two boys noticed what was happening as Sparrow screamed to his team. "This is it! We live together! We fight together! And if worse comes to worse, we'll go down together!" The team huddled up around Hawk, bittersweet tears streaming down their faces as they were sucked in to the deeper parts of the Realm of Darkness...

 

The screaming sounds of the vortex died away, and Kiwi was the first to peek out of the squad to see what had happened. "Erm... guys?" he mentioned to the team, "Where are we?" They all held each other for several more seconds, then slowly broke their hugs around Hawk as they looked around. "We're not on the battlefield anymore."

 

Sparrow was visibly worried, then immediately shook it off as combat instincts took over. "A lull in the fight! Quick! Raven, patch up Hawk!" 

"Um..." their medic replied, "Shell-shocked. I think-" He punched the teen squarely in the jaw as it made a wet crack. "-that should do it."

As Hawk recovered from the punch, he immediately shook his head. "Thanks mate! Now what happened?!"

"We don't know. The surroundings look... different."

 

The distant moon was the only source of light to illuminate the damp, dark surroundings as the team went back to back, still feeling threatened as they leveled their rifles in all directions. "Mountains, far side." Hawk informed the team as he saw the outline against a pitch black sky. "We should head there. We'll need the higher ground."

"Good idea, Hawk" Sparrow replied. "Squad, move out. Keep your head on a swivel and make your way to the mountains."

laix was about to say something to braxen but he was suddenly ended up in the wold of darkness 

 

"hay not to be rude, but had you noticed that we are no longer in twilight canyon and instead we are in some sort of unknown wold?

 

he takes a look around. one moon, large mountains on one side and a forest at the outer side.

 

"have any idea ware we are at?"

"O-oh," Power stumbled on his words, "It's Power, Power Jusho." "And the thing is," Power said to Ari as he uses his flames to heal her arm, "I don't really like fighting. I was trained to fight for protection and I'm actually on a journey to find out what power lie dormant within me & I sorta came here and when I start to fight, I...kinda get out of control."

Power took a look her wounds. They are almost healed.

"Sorry about that," Power said, "I thought that you were pretty good. You had me on the ropes."

So, ummm," Power said neverously, almost blushing, "I was wondering...if you wanna be friends...with me?I-I mean until we get out of here of course. He-he"

Power thought, "She is very cute and with her power, maybe she can help me with my situation..."
