Xiro 3,468 Posted August 8, 2014 Joel - surprisingly, according to some - managed to keep up with the group. Just because he slept a lot didn't mean he wasn't fit enough to run across China. When we get there, we're going to have to teach that kid a thing or two, Joel thought as the group comically chased after Raidyn. Geez... After this, I'm taking a nap. 1 Shulk reacted to this
Kaneki Ken 1,516 Posted August 8, 2014 After hearing Riku's response, Gaku started to think about the girl's consequences. If she was to cooperate with the Academy, she might get a slightly better sentence and lesser punishment, but if she doesn't cooperate, then she would be treated as a criminal and is going to be put in the slammer. He was slightly annoyed that he didn't get an answer to the first question he mentioned, and was gonna ask again when Sora started to communicate with Riku. As it seems, the girl managed to disappear from Sora's hands. 'Dang Sora, you are a freaking Keyblade Master, how the hell you let a teenage girl disappear from your sight?' Gaku thought with annoyance. After hearing Riku stating that he needs to get Gaku to Land of Dragons, Riku turned on the Haste-G blocks and sped up the ship. In a few minutes flat, the world itself appeared in view. Because of the size of the ship, Riku couldn't land at the city and was forced to land in the clearing quite a ways from the city. This is not really a problem for Gaku since he discovered that he can float and dash towards his destinations whenever he wants to. After landing the ship Gaku got up and headed down to exit the ship, but as he walked onto the grass, he felt something weird. He couldn't describe it, but decided to pass that aside as a feeling of appearing in a non-native world. Riku comes out of the ship to ensure Gaku knows where to go. Firaga 5,947 Posted August 8, 2014 (edited) The camp Raidyn found was filled with tents, with a guard tower at each corner. At the center of the camp, a group of soldiers in training were lined up. Their commander stood in front of them, as the soldiers saluted. "Alright, let's get to training!" The commander, seemingly a woman from her voice, called to the soldiers. They responded with a "Yes ma'am!" The commander tossed them small wooden poles, obviously made as prop swords. "Everyone choose a partner, and practice sparring!" After another "Yes ma'am," the soldiers began sparring with each other, some of which were comically bad at the exercise. The woman noticed Raidyn as he began to walk towards the camp, and turned towards him. "Are you another soldier who arrived late?" She asked, seemingly curious. Meanwhile, Indy continued chasing after Raidyn. "I don't think any of us have a way to match his speed... We'll just have to run to keep up with him." The boy sighed after responding to Toshi, then tried to speed up. "Would it kill him to wait?!" Raidyn "Me? A soldier? Nah. But I am..." Raidyn quickly summoned Shockwave in his right hand and showed it to the commander. "A Keyblade user!" Raidyn then rested the Key on his shoulder. "The name's Raidyn and I'm a student of Sora! I'm here with a bunch of my friends on official Keyblade wielder business, but I figured I'd swing by and introduce myself! I've heard a bunch of stories about how you, Sora and his pals fought Shan-Yu and the Heartless!" Raidyn then gestured towards the commander with his free hand. "So what do ya say? Sound fun?" Toshi "Oh... r-right..." Toshi said to Indy, realizing her mistake. "I'm just so worried that we're going to get lost in the shuffle. I mean, we caught up to him once before and he went and ran off again," Toshi pointed out. Edited August 8, 2014 by Firaga Sensei
Reyn 1,755 Posted August 8, 2014 Lucas started to get ahead of Indy, his eagerness and excitement helped him to get his mind off of how tired his body was of running and that he was starting to get a cramp in his side. He saw the Camp getting closer and a ridge in front of it. Finally, we're almost here! He then summoned his keyblade and stabbed it into the ground in front of him and jumped, using it to vault over the ridge, and he soared over. "Hey Raidyn! [High above the keyblade students, Aboard the gummi ship Overwatch] Instructor Striker's little leisure time of finishing the last bite of pizza and guzzling the rest of his coconut juice was interrupted slightly as his radar beeped several times. "New airborne contact?" the weaponized heartless remarked, leaning forward to see what that blip was. Fortunately for him, the blip was quickly identified as a friendly gummi ship, so no further action was taken by the instructor. "Back to relaxing..." Propping his feet up on the nearby glass console once again, he glanced over to the monitor that was showing a live feed of the students through the onboard optical sensors. The lenses focused on Raidyn, and to the instructor's disgust he saw the student proudly show off his keyblade. "I ought to send a missile on his way for doing that." he growled, but refrained from doing so as he drank a bit more of the coconut juice. "Now if Ghost does the same... I'm gonna need a new student." The optical lenses zoomed back out just in time to catch Lucas running to a tent in its field of view. Striker could only pinch the bridge of his nose and sigh rather painfully, hoping that the tent wouldn't collapse as he facepalmed. Upon seeing Indy, Joel, Annistha, Ghost and his girlfriend enter the view, the instructor's tone quickly went from disappointment to worry. "Where's Brooklyn, Somrene, and Ember?" Meanwhile..... on the ground below. Ghost breathed a sigh of relief as a camp came into view, and gradually slowed his pace until he was walking into the camp, unlike Lucas who did some property damage. The sentinel-in-training wasn't breathless thankfully, and it wasn't long before he was within earshot of Raidyn talking to the locals of the area. "Ok Rei, we're here. Annistha had a good idea: you should totally carry me to a destination one day! It's only fair." Not wanting to interrupt their sugar-fueled compatriot, Ghost once again remained quiet, but surveyed the area to try and find just where the heck his instructor is. rikunobodyxiii 700 Posted August 9, 2014 Annistha slowed and looked around eagerly at the camp of new people to meet. Zale might distrust and dislike everyone he saw, but Annistha liked to at least talk to them. Unfortunately, she knew a military training area when she saw one, after being tossed around different Keyblade Strongholds like she had when she and Zale were young. She walked up and stood behind Raidyn and smiled at the commander politely.

Gaku surveyed the area around him. He heard Riku tell him that the City is up a ways from where he stands. Riku went ahead to check the person who is revealed as Instructor Striker, to pin point the student's location. Gaku walked around the area to establish himself. Interestingly, Gaku came up with something. He remembered that his dad would locate others using that pin that Neku gave to Gaku that would help him out in his mission. Taking the Player Pin out of his pocket, he flipped it in the air like a coin toss, and grabbed it to find himself in focus. "Whoa!" He claimed. He began hearing thoughts of other people surrounding him within fifty mile radius. The majority of the thoughts come from the city while the some of the others are coming from scattered areas. Gaku notices a concentrated thoughts about Southeast of the City which happens to be the training camp. With interest, Gaku focused a little more harder in that particular area to find some of the thoughts of the students creating a mess and blaming a couple other students for being idiots. "Target found." Gaku claimed out loud. He stepped out of focus and put his pin in his pocket. He heads back to the ship while Riku is trying to get contact with Striker. "Master Riku. I already found the student's location. They are located at the Soldier Training Camp, If you must know, I used the Player Pin that my Father gave me. I'm positive you are familiar with Neku Sakuraba's powers, so you should know what his Player Pin can do." Gaku stated. Gaku went back into the ship to grab his backpack and put it on his back and walked past Riku and stopped after walking a few feet looking towards where his destination lies. "Oh, and please tell Instructor Striker not to tell the Students at the training camp where I'm at and how I got here. I prefer to walk in the shadows and keep an eye out on the students until a grave situation rises which I hope would not occur. I will reveal myself when the time comes before we have to leave the world. Thanks for the ride Master Riku." After saying those words. Gaku begins to walk towards his destination. Come on, Toshi. You know I can't resist a challenge. I've been aiming to fight her as soon as I heard we were going to the Land of Dragons. I didn't let anybody know of course, or outright say it... but I figured I'd keep it a surprise in case some of the higher-ups had a problem with it. Heh heh," Raidyn said, flashing a mischeavious grin. "But anyways, stand back everybody. You might get thunderstruck. Seeing Joel helping the poor kid, he decided to shift the cameras elsewhere and focused the instruments instead at Raidyn who was conversing with another girl. "Ooooh, boy. This ought to be good." He just starting to cozy up in his seat when a call came in from the radio. When he realized that it was Master Riku's voice, the instructor immediately responded. "Striker to Riku, negative. Students are on the ground below, currently in a military camp outside the main capital. Three students are unaccounted for according to optical sensors. I haven't seen student's Somrene, Ember, or Brooklyn anywhere." Worried about the missing students, the instructor quickly turned to thermal optics and started a wide scan of the surrounding area, hoping to detect any of the missing students. Meanwhile... After all that running to catch up to Raidyn, Ghost decided to give his legs a break as he sat on the ground. He paid close attention to Mulan's warning, and merely watched what a woman in a military camp could, or rather would do to the student. Kaneki Ken 1,516 Posted August 14, 2014 Within some distance away from the ship, Gaku decided to kick in gear and jump into the trees and boosted himself distances to move himself towards the training camp. As he got closer to the camp, he began to worry if Riku has told Instructor Striker to heed his words. Gaku doesn't feel ready to make himself come out of nowhere within the camp. He's still antisocial, so rather than popping out of nowhere in the camp, he landed on the closest tree branch to the camp that allows him to observe what is going on inside the camp without being seen by the soldiers and the students, but at the same time, it allows Instructor Striker to notice Gaku stationed at the branch watching over the students. Peering into the camp he could see several students down there getting ready to spectate the hyperactive boy who is about to take on a Swordswoman. "Huh, if I remember correctly, that happens to be one of Sora's friends. What's her name? Mulan? Yeah that sounds about right." Gaku said quietly. Glancing over at the hyperactive student who prepped himself to fight against Mulan. "Damn moron, he's never gonna change his hyper ways. I bet he caused a lot of craziness during the mission. Hell, he somehow picked a fight with a skilled Swordswoman. My money's on her though." Moving Gaku's head over the other side, he notices two student's putting together a tent. Gaku sighed. "Something tells me that one of them was trying to catching up with what's his name, Raidyn? Yeah, that's right, and that one student must have crashed into tent. Oh well, I got nothing to do for right now. So might as well watch the battle." Gaku went up another tree branch to get a better view of the scene and muted his music in his headphones. He puts them down for now to give his ears some air and listen into the action down at the camp. He sat down on the branch and leaned his body against the tree with arms up to support his head while he looks down placing his bets on Mulan.

Firaga 5,947 Posted August 15, 2014 Rei plopped on Ghost's lap to watch Mulan kick Raidyn's ass around the camp. Gee thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks. Raidyn "Oof!" Raidyn felt the sting of both blows as he skidded back, using his free hand to help regain his balance. "Oh you want fast, huh?" Raidyn then charged his Keyblade as well as his entire body with Thunder magic, and zipped behind Mulan before she could even blink, and knocked the sword she was carrying out of her hand. "I wanted to make a show outta this, but since you want speed, I'll make this quick." Also because I don't think a lot people think I can beat you. Boy, I'm gonna shock 'em all right now. Kaneki Ken 1,516 Posted August 15, 2014 Gaku looked at the fight with interest. He knew Mulan would hit Raidyn really hard and with great speed as well. But Gaku was surprised to see Raidyn throwing a counterattack with great speed and magic combined. "Whoa. Shell Shocker. Hope one of the students knows Cure." Gaku continued to watch as he lounges around on the tree. He took out his Player Pin and started tossing it around with interest. 'Hmm. . . This pin allows me to locate and read thoughts of others. Plus, added benefits with floating and dashing all over the place. I wonder what other powers this Pin offers." Gaku thought. He tapped into its power and begins reading thoughts of the students around the area. Most of the thoughts are geared towards concern, seeing who kick's whose ass. He scanned the soldiers as well, mostly placing bets and worrying over Mulan. Gaku heard laughing thoughts and looked over to the watchtower to find Zion perched up there watching the fight with interest. "Honestly, this woman is unpredictable. I don't even think she was assigned to watch over the student's during the mission." Gaku thought with a deadpan look. *Rustle sound* "Huh?" Gaku looked for the direction of the sound and looks very closely at the leaves and branches with suspicion. The annoyed boy groaned. "Freaking Animals. . . Hmm. . . I wonder if I can scan animals." Gaku looked within his location through his player pin and begins hearing clear thoughts near him. "Interesting. . . I wonder how I should approach this." Gaku gains that same feeling he felt when he left the ship. He knew something was up.

(For plot convenience sake, just gonna have Brooklyn show up now in the area) [High in the sky, Aboard the Gummi Ship Overwatch] Instructor Striker was scanning the surrounding area around the camp with thermal optics, meticulously searching for the missing students. As the electronic equipment panned over to the nearby forests of the camp, he quickly caught sight of a red silhouette amidst the blue forest background. "Contact?" he quietly remarked, zooming in the camera and switching to normal optics. He saw a person perched on a tree. The unknown person's physical attributes was rather alarming for the instructor: This person was clearly a male, who had orange hair, headphones, and unusual clothing that stood out as someone not from the world to the instructor. "Uh oh. Could be a spy for our targets." He quickly reached over to the Master Arm switch and flicked it on. After several short beeps from the console in front of him and another console listing all active weapons on the ship, the instructor quickly targeted the individual, but held short of firing at the boy. With the constant, high-pitched monotone whine of the targeting computer telling the instructor a missile had a radar-lock on the suspicious individual, the instructor decided to continue scanning the area for more targets. Switching back to thermal optics, he scanned the rest of the forest and found no additional targets, but found a new heat signature inside the training camp. Once again, he switched to normal optics, zoomed in, and quickly identified Brooklyn. Relieved for finding a student, the instructor relayed the news to Riku over the radio. "Striker to Riku. Be advised, student Brooklyn has been found. Still on the search for Ember and Somreme." Meanwhile.... Ghost playfully whined when Rei rejected his idea of having the pack mule roles reversed. "That's not fair!" As they watched Raidyn's sparring with Mulan, the Sentinel-in-training quietly nuzzled his girlfriend's soft pink hair, wnjoying the down time before having to get back to the mission. Mulan Mulan took Raidyn's attack, and looked a bit fatigued afterwards. However, she still stood straight, and smirked at Raidyn. "Not bad at all. I could use soldiers like you." She complimented the Keyblade wielder. She then darted towards him, and hit his chest with the hilt of her sword. Instead of following up with another attack, she prepared to guard Raidyn's next attack. Indy Indy sighed. "Yeah, I remember hearing about her during some classes. Raidyn might manage to put up a good fight, but Mulan's probably going to win." He felt bad for saying that about his friend, but he didn't want to lie to Toshi. (DAMMIT FLASH, You supposed to have Riku relay information about Gaku's appearance to Striker, or did you intentionally forget having Riku tell Striker to mess with my character?) (EDIT- - - Never Mind, I have my character fix this. And it looks like Yuffie forgot about the RP) Gaku was getting ready to exploit the figure that was talking him when he felt and maybe possibly heard a sound that could mean missiles hurdling down to burn him down. Gaku looked up to the gummi ship and scanned the heartless teacher's thoughts who has intentions on firing down missiles onto Gaku's location. "What the hell Riku!? You were supposed to let Striker know that I was on the way to the where the students are!" Gaku exclaimed out loud. 'Dammit, I could fly up their and let the instructor know, but he will not hesitate to take me down if he sees me going towards his ship.' Gaku began to think harder. He remembers some times that Gaku gets strange thoughts to work on his school work and chores when he's doing whatever he wants to do. Gaku then immediately remembers that his father, Neku, explained to Gaku that he used his Player Pin to imprint, or speak telepathically, with Gaku as well as the others. Relaxing himself once more against the tree, Gaku puts his hands in his pockets and holds onto the Pin in his right pocket while focusing on the Instructor's thoughts. Oi, Instructor Striker, if you take down one of the students from the Academy, Sora and Riku aren't gonna be too happy hearing that a student died due to the instructor's lack of knowledge of student's names and backgrounds. Now, if you forgotten who I am, I happen to be Neku Sakuraba's son, Gaku Sakuraba. Gaku grimaced the words he was going to say. You know. . . The anti-social student who listens to music. I didn't show up in the orientation for the missions with the other students. Master Riku dropped me off here, but he must have forgotten to tell you that I was assigned to join the students. Oh, speaking of that, please do not tell the other students in the training camp that I am in the area. I prefer to keep an eye out for them in the shadows for now. Please speak with your thoughts back towards me if you want to say something. Gaku hopes that Striker heard his thoughts, or he will be dealing with one more troublesome thing. He is already wanting to deal with the stalker that happens to be following him around. Edited August 18, 2014 by Xamtweth-ReMIXed

[High above the Training Camp, aboard the gummi ship Overwatch] With the preliminary thermal scanning finished, Instructor Striker once again turned his attention to the odd boy in the forest below. The constant high-pitched whine was unusually soothing to him as it gave a reassurance that the systems were still locked on to the possible target. Switching to normal optics once again, he quickly noticed the stranger looking straight at the high-powered camera and thus, him. A sharp chill ran down the instructor's back as he realized that his stealth was compromised. As his thumb quickly approached the fire button on the joystick to release the lethal payload, a strange voice echoed within his head. Oi, Instructor Striker. He blinked for a moment and paused his actions on the joystick as the new voice continued. You might want to change your tone of inside voice he started, that and I don't like the idea of someone else reading my thoughts. I don't know you, and the fact that you know my designation as an Instructor and my name is alarming given who and what I am. The computer finally gave a full dossier file on Gaku. Identity and credentials confirmed. That doesn't mean I'll let you off the hook. The fact that Gaku wants his presence hidden was disturbing to the instructor given the recent events with Allitt. You better have a good reason why I should keep your presence a secret. If I'm not satisfied with the answer, I will alert the students. If you attempt to retaliate, I will not hesitate to take appropriate actions.

He's annoyed that he has to prove to the Instructor that he means no harm to the students. It's simple. The students are hanging around the camp just having a good time, but none of them are simply working on their mission at the point. Since I'm outside the camp, and they are unaware, I would make sure no evil beings come towards them. At some point during our visit in this world, I will have to reveal myself to the students, just not now. I know the concept of invading one's mind to read thoughts is not so good, but I prefer not to read minds because that's not me. Whatever they think, they can keep to themselves or state it out loud. But I have to read minds to locate others. Plus, it can be a valuable asset when we are taking on a smart and cunning enemy and we can't speak our plans out loud. Of course, there are a few unexplained abilities that I have, but I won't go into detail with them. Gaku hears the bushes in a distant, and he does not want to lose the stalker. Besides, that's not important. Someone's following me since I left Master Riku's ship, and I think I know who it is, but I need you to confirm if that stalker is within the area I'm located in. Can you check the area to confirm my suspicions? Edited August 22, 2014 by Xamtweth-ReMIXed

"I don't know whom you might be, but that dosent matter. Follow me." He ordered, pushing him with the blade of his Keyblade. "If your wondering how I found you, simply put, that gummi ship up there gave up your location based on its direction. Obviously, a good friend of ours saw something, being the reason he didn't just land and meet up with us I would assume."
