Xiro 3,468 Posted March 18, 2014 Toshi Raidyn chuckled, excited to hear Joel's proposal, and letting go of his hand. Toshi, meanwhile, was a little frazzled to actually have Joel acknowledge her presence, and with a squeak, she slipped behind Raidyn. However, after a few moments, she looked at Joel and managed to gently grab his hand and shake it. "Hello. M-My name is Toshi. It's nice to m-meet you..." she said softly, retracting her hand as soon as she finished, and still hiding behind Raidyn. The blonde Keyblade wielder was used to Toshi hiding behind him when she felt nervous, so he let her be. A young blond haired boy ran towards the Gummi Ship hanger as fast as he could. "CRAPCRAPCRAP, IM LATEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!" He eventually arrived in front of everyone, but was going too fast. "CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-" He ended up skidding and falling on his face. He quickly got up and dusted himself off to try and save face. "Uh, hey there. I'm Lucas." He said sheepishly, rubbing the back of his head. (See that reference i made to the original RP? ) Toshi quickly ran behind Raidyn after muttering her name. Joel couldn't help but chuckle a bit. Before he could say anything, someone flew into the hangar and fell on his face. As he got up, Joel noticed that it was a person he knew. "Nice entrance, Lucas!" he called to his friend sarcastically. "For once you're later than I am."
Javelin434 3,164 Posted March 18, 2014 {Nexus Shift}Annistha giggled slightly."Well, aren't they cute." She said. She looked at Striker, and her face grew conerned."You okay, Striker?" Letting Pancakes up, she quickly...hopped into the crowd. "Hi guys! Anyone know what we're doing here and stuff?" She asked the first person she ran into...which was Brooklyn. As Ghost slowly recovered and feeling happier than ever, he could only look in awe and love as his girlfriend playfully hopped away. He turned to face his instructor with a stupidly wide grin on his face that quickly mellowed as soon as he saw the tell-tale sign of lingering distress. "Striker?" "You okay, Striker?" Annistha worrying asked. Thinking on his toes to avoid being scrutinized further, the heartless Striker thought of a cop out. "Yeah. I'm ok, just uh... nervous that's all." Unfortunately, his student Ghost caught him in the lie. "But you've fought and seen unspeakable things, sir. I'm certain this mission would be a cake-walk for you. What gives?" "I uh..." "Oh, I get it. You just feel naked without being able to summon your second blade, huh?" "Yeah... yeah. I can't believe I forgot how to call it out." He turned to face Annistha. "I'm ok, dear. Thanks for asking. I'm sorry I had you worried." He looked around the room, then fixed his sights on Rei as she went about her business. Well isn't she just a big ball of sugar cookies and sprinkles? he thought to himself, a smile forming on his face again.

Goddammit spidy inside jokes are confusing to our noobs!)Brooklyn had felt the girl who had tackled the one man from earlier basically jump into him. He slightly reeled back, just a millimetre at most, from the blow. "My guesses are we would be starting on a sort of adventure. Seeing as there has been a slight uproar with those who side purely with light, undoubtedly our task would be to protect the peace from those people." Brooklyn replied, a boy falling flat on his face as he ran in. "Your not late. You could have walked at a leisurely pace and made it here with plenty to spare." Brooklyn stated. He stepped back from the girl who launched herself into him. "And I don't do phisical contact." Brooklyn added, removing from his pack his book, the title of which was "The origin of Disney Fairytales", he proceeded to leaf through the pages of the book. Not his favorite pastime, so many cliche and reoccurring themes he started cutting and pasting the appropriate names of characters into the scenarios he knew would happen at a story's base skeleton within his mental process, but he never minded a decent book now and then. Growing quickly bored with it, however, he put the thick hardback book back into his pack and thought about writting his own tale someday that avoided the common tropes and stories. Arya Stark 1,337 Posted March 18, 2014 (Yeah! What he said!) Ember grinned at the only boy who had acknowledged her. At least someone knew how to treat a lady. She offered her hand out to him. "So what's your name?" She asked curiously. Somrene watched from the sidelines, leaning against the wall nearby. He was used to his sister acting like this. Cheery, confident, and social. Somrene wasn't envious per se, but he definitely wished he had a little of her easygoing attitude. He himself constantly worried and fretted over every little thing, making sure every little thing went fine. He sighed, continuing to observe the rest of the cast. One person seemed to be able to shift between two physical forms. The rest seemed to be standard teenagers, some quiet and shy, others outgoing and noisy. Somrene went back to looking at the ground. He took a deep breath, trying to regain his usually focused, calm demeanor as he looked down to his dangling left hand. I don't... I don't want it to happen again... To any of you... He looked up just in time for the girl to poke a little fun at the instructor. "Chaperone those two, eh?" "Believe me, it gets awkward. But yes, I do every now and then." He could only look the girl in the eye and crack a smile as she skipped, then stalked away to another girl. With Annistha's reassuring words echoing in his head, he retreated back into his mental sanctuary as he walked over to one of the parked gummi ships in the hanger that was once owned by his whole counterpart: The Overwatch. I'm not gonna fail anyone again... Not again... Ghost noticed Somrene's timid posture and started walking over to the girl, then stopped cold as he saw several others doing the same thing. "That works too I guess" he remarked to himself, now standing some distance away from his girlfriend Rei. He decided to give her some breathing room and quietly went through his tactical pad on his left forearm, occupying himself to kill some time until their mission was announced. Firaga 5,947 Posted March 19, 2014 (edited) Raidyn Okay. So the roster has gotten even bigger... and weirder too. Raidyn remarked in his mind, watching the antics of the present group as well as the arrival of some new faces. He had his eye on the woman with glasses in particular. The blonde electrolyte had never met this woman before, nor had he ever had a class that was taught by her, which also meant he didn't have to do any of that "History" homework she assigned either. Raidyn already knew alot about the past anyway, so he probably wouldn't bother either way. I wonder how strong she is. By what I can sense... probably on the "really, really" level, Raidyn thought childishly. Edited March 19, 2014 by Firaga Sensei

Zion's sudden appearance caught Ghost, and surprisingly Striker, off guard as the girl dragged her daughter back into her boyfriend's arms. "Keep a leash on her, will you?" she playfully asked the Guardian in training. "Um... Uh... ok?" Ghost sputtered, not really sure what to make of the remark as he wrapped his arms around Rei's waist. Striker meanwhile was snickering and was thankful for being away from the crowd that had gathered in the center of the hanger, but was still close enough to hear Zion address the group that had gathered. "I don't have your answers, I'm just here to make sure you all know I'm assigning History Homework." The heartless could only shake his head and feel bad for his good student Ghost as he heard him groan. Glad I'm an instructor. Poor kid. "History homework. The heartless instructor looked at the boy, smirked, then shrugged it off as he awaited the meeting to formally begin.

Javelin434 3,164 Posted March 19, 2014 (edited) (Shots fired...?) [i would actually call this a crowning moment of character development, actually. It sets the tone for the character.] The firm smack of Zion's hand hitting its mark caught Ghost and Striker's attention as they immediately stopped whatever they were doing and looked at the confrontation between student and teacher. "One, madam" the student started, "I am in the accelerated history class, one you don't have a degree high enough to teach. I don't even have to listen to your "assignment" but I humored you. Striker could only shake his head in disapproval as he focused on how Ghost would react. Glad I never had that kid in my class. Thankfully, Ghost held his calm demeanor as he held back his bubbly girlfriend. His arm was in the 'hold your ground' position directly in front of Rei as he looked back, then whispered something to the girl. Whoever gave us this assignment had better get here soon. I'm not liking the looks and sounds of this kid. This is gonna get out of hand... fast. It was at this moment that he felt something warm on the top of his lips, and immediately the weaponized heartless wiped away the tell-tale condition, then popped a pill to quickly hide it, washing down the bitter tasting medicine with some stashed girl scout cookies and a bottle of water. It's obvious now your heart is strong from all the negative emotions swirling within. Fine. Then leave this school, if you don't need it. Because this school doesn't need students like you." She executed the roll. "Practice while you're gone. Pancakes, for your other class with me, you have no homework. Don't think of doing any extra credit. Same for you Rei." "Bye mommy!" Arya Stark 1,337 Posted March 19, 2014 (edited) (Dang got ninja'd by Oath before I could save Brooklyn...) Ember was about to reply to Brooklyn when the history teacher of this academy came in, and started an argument with her first friend. The young ninja couldn't help but snicker at the end result with Brooklyn getting thousands. Ember knew that she didn't even need the ten pages, after all, homeschooling meant no homework! She tried to get her new friend back on track, and not as mad by continuing the conversation they were having before the interruption. "Rude? Please, I get more than enough of that from my bro." She said, gesturing to Somrene, who flashed her a quick thumbs up as a boy was walking up to him. Ember turned back to Brooklyn. "Anyway, what do ya think they're having us do here?" She asked. Somrene watched as Ember started making a friend. It wouldn't be long before everybody enjoyed her cheery and kind personality. Somrene on the other hand, stood back and watched. He didn't mind. The strong and silent type was attractive too. He caught notice of the teen he'd notice switching physical appearance nearing him. As the other boy, well currently it was a boy, leaned against the wall next to him, and started off a conversation with a simple word. "Hey." Somrene responded. No need to say more. If this kid was more like Ember than himself, a longer response would've been required. But if they were on the quiet side too, then they said all they needed to with their actions. Somrene lifted his head from the ground to look the other person in the eye. Eye contact was essential for interaction. At least, that's what Mom always said. Father would probably teach a different lesson, like "Don't talk to anyone unless it's absolutely necessary" or something along those lines. Oh, and if he dies, he still has to turn in all ten thousand pages." She flashed her wings out and took flight. "And if anyone here has Flight Class with me, we'll be doing aileron rolls." She executed the roll. "Practice while you're gone. Pancakes, for your other class with me, you have no homework. Don't think of doing any extra credit. Same for you Rei.""Bye mommy!" Rei bounced a few times, waving as Zion flew towards the door.(shots returned )"They say when you loon for trouble you find it along with your blood on the floor. The less trouble you loon for, the less needs to stir up. Illogical to attack when not. And as well, you might not know this, but I've already passed this class. I just took it because I needed something to fill the timeslot." He replied. "Only the stupid work, the genius succeed, unlike an oridinary teacher." He replied softly, summoning his Keyblade, he balanced it on one finger. "Those who look for trouble make trouble to find. Those who don't cause trouble are those who are complacent with the world as is, and those who are not are the enemy. Ironic how we target change, the one thing needed to survive..." He thought. "And anyway, I've got a good enough grade in that class that your meseley little paper wouldn't do more than dent it slightly." He thought, laughing at the teacher in his head.(Dang got ninja'd by Oath before I could save Brooklyn...)Ember was about to reply to Brooklyn when the history teacher of this academy came in, and started an argument with her first friend. Father would probably teach a different lesson, like "Don't talk to anyone unless it's absolutely necessary" or something along those lines.Brooklyn's attentions switched back to Ember. "Likely we're here to quell the small army building up that wishes to remove all darkness from the lands. They're few, but anything upsetting the balance or possibly going to do so is our obligation to stop." Brooklyn informed. Reyn 1,755 Posted March 19, 2014 (Iiiii see it. "Oh....Well thanks for the heads up anyway, at least i'm early. Better than being late." Lucas said with a smile. "So what's your name?"
