awesomeinmyworld 268 Posted March 12, 2014 So HMK put up a new KH theory video today: Now, I'm not the biggest HMK fan, but I admit that this is an interesting theory considering besides the Ansem reports, there hasn't been really anything in the KH theory that talks about a soul. This video has actually reminded me of my own theory concerning a connection between Sora and Kingdom Hearts. Sora is an nontraditional Keyblade wielder as he was never passed the Power by a master like Riku and Kairi were. It's been said that Sora's ability to connect with other people, namely Keyblade wielders, that gives him the ability, but what if his ability comes from another source? The X-blade, the Key to opening the door to Kingdom Hearts, consists of two Kingdom Keys, the true form of Sora's Keyblade. The reason for this has not been explained, but since the X-blade is connected to Kingdom Hearts maybe the Kingdom Key is connected as well. IF Sora's ability comes from another source AND IF the Kingdom Key is connected to Kingdom Hearts, maybe Kingdom Hearts itself is what gave Sora the Kingdom Key. But why would Kingdom Hearts choose Sora to wield the Kingdom Key? I think it's because Sora represents Kingdom Hearts: a light shining through the darkness. Obviously Sora shined after he received the Keyblade, saving many worlds from the darkness, but before this? Sora, before KH1, was in Riku's shadow. Sora was weaker than Riku and he always tried to break out of his shadow by beating Riku in races and fights. And it was this determination that allowed Sora to shine in a different way than Riku, to shine through the shadow. Sora received the Kingdom Key from Kingdom Hearts because he the embodiment of Kingdom Hearts: a light in the darkness. Tell me what you all think! Dio Brando 5,810 Posted March 12, 2014 I kinda like this theory as I had a similar theory to that but it's kinda very different from it But Since every heart has Light and darkness in it,then according to this Sora can be the embodiment of both light and darkness if the plot demanded it. There has to be a villain(Xehanort or not) that can evoke the Darkness within Sora no matter how strong light he has,and I think I know the right villain for the job if Nomura knew how to implement that villain the right way, gonna give ya a hint. His name starts with the third letter in the alphabet
MasterRoxas13 340 Posted March 12, 2014 (edited) god I hate his voice, his videos are pretty interesting though I somewhat want this to happen but at the same time, it will seem to predictable. Edited March 12, 2014 by MasterRoxas13

Ghost 1,857 Posted March 12, 2014 so if i wanted to understand how water turns to ice i'll read a essay? ok alright...Luckily you have the choice to watch the video and read the paragraph. If you don't want to for whatever your reason, then fine, don't, thats totally okay. Just don't post a comment complaining about it and then expect people not to respond lol c:

Ghost 1,857 Posted March 12, 2014 i expected people to respond clearly? its common sense its to much you should have just summarize it and went str8 to the point Yes, common sense that if you don't want to read/watch something, you physically do not have to. Nobody's forcin' ya.And hey, sometimes people do like to go off and explain things. You may not want to hear someone talk for 7 minutes but some people find enjoyment in it. Robbie the Wise 5,050 Posted March 12, 2014 This guys theories are always so off base and people eat it up. The components of a somebody. The heart- The heart is the most important component of a complete person. It is what shapes the body and is what gives each person their own identity. Molded by ones memories and experiences it is essentially makes each individual unique. The body- The hearts container and vessel. The soul- The literal life force of the body. It animates the body allowing it to carry out the will of the heart. A person is driven, molded, and willed forward by the heart. The soul merely gives the body the opportunity to carry out that will. Think of it like a remote controlled car. The body is the car itself and the soul would be the batteries that allow it to operate. The heart and mind would the remote control and the receiver chip the two together aid the car to do specific things. To say Sora's soul is that of Kingdom Hearts is to say that the life force of the entire universe rests with safety of a boy who regularly places himself in harms way. That being said the universe should have fell to darkness when Sora did in DDD. Guess the worlds missed that memo :I Also his point about Namine and Roxas is completely wrong. For starters only Roxas carried Sora's body and soul as Sora's nobody this is a given. Namine was not created from Sora's body and soul rather she used Sora's darkness as an intermediary to form an existence. This why she has power over Sora's memories. She is an exception to the rule and truly fits the definition of a nobody as she truly never was meant to exist. Finally while Sora was not chosen in the traditional manner the Keyblade did in fact chose him. The Keyblade recognized Sora's heart to posses all the qualities necessary to wield the keyblade. Coupled with his natural ability to wield one it passed into his possession. If that's not enough for people if you really think about it the keyblade chose Sora twice after returning from Riku to Sora. Sora's heart only special ability is its innocence. The ability to see the light in everything despite the darkness. As Ansem the Wise stated the love that Sora's heart for other people is what gives Sora strength that is the true meaning behind "My friends are my power". It's Sora's ability to love that makes him so strong you need no further proof then his opening of the door to light in KH2. 2 PillowHead and Demyx. reacted to this

awesomeinmyworld 268 Posted March 12, 2014 its to much you should have just summarize it and went str8 to the point I didn't summarize the video, if that's what you're implying. And the reason why my theory was a long paragraph was to help people see where I was coming from. If I just put up random theories without any connection, it wouldn't make any sense,

However I have to point something out about Namine: Naminé emerged as Kairi's Nobody...but the body and soul necessary to exist as a Nobody belonged to Sora. This is from Secret Ansem Report 10, Namine was created from Kairi's heart, but from Sora's body and soul.

He only states his connection to his friends are what give him strength." I know the keyblade didn't choose me and I don't care. I'm proud to be a small part of something bigger...the people it did choose. My friends they are my power"

Ghost 1,857 Posted March 12, 2014 well to me thats kinda weird where i grow up people fall asleep if there listening to someone talk for more then 2 minutes and i was saying if you want someone to notice something cut it short and to the pointYeah, okay, we've already established that if you can't handle a couple paragraphs then no need to comment on it lol. Believe it or not, not everybody comes from the same place thag you do and some people actually like to read and listen to long speeches ^_^ That's all.@OP Anyways on topic, I honestly just think it's because of Sora's personality. He's a better keyblade wielder, even if not originally chosen, than Riku imo. True he may have been the underdog at first with Riku, but the fact that he could come out of that and improve is more amazing than Riku being chosen, "just because". I don't hate Riku or anything but I do think he is undeserving
