this would be great. I sometimes wonder if Asian want to be white, by how many blondes and blue eyed white there are.

I say yes. I want blue eyes at the least xD and Kairi to be my waifu but that's another story for another time.

HERE IS THE ANSWER TO YOUR REQUEST FROZENNOBODY! XEHANORT WOULD GIVE UP JUST BECAUSE HE TALKS HIM OUT OF IT.

This is going out of order from what I'm reading.

This thread is the only thing keeping me entertained right now.

What is this? A black princess? That's a bunch of poopie butts, covered in honey. No black princesses in my game.

Why I am for it

1. More Diversity. In Hollywood for example they have way more white/ Caucasian protagonists or supporting characters then  non-white . it is kind of odd that they do this when you have a country full of different races and ethnicities. In the near future I hope they mix it up  more so  we  see just as much non-white main protagonist/characters as we do white/Caucasians ( because lets be realistic here if superpowers, for example, were real then it just won't be one group of people using it most of the time). The same would be true if we had more female action heroes / main protagonist in the action/ suspense genre . The whole damsel in distress cliché is getting really really old and boring.

2. some people would be able to relate more with a fictional character who resembles their physical characteristics more then other characters who don't.

3. its not going to change the experience

why I am against this

1. Race at the end of the day does not matter for me personally since it would not effect the overall experience of KH

Why its not going to happen

Square- Enix will more then likely keep it the same. The number of Blacks/Africans  in Japan are way less then the number of Blacks/ Africans in the U.S so they would have less then a reason to do so in my opinion.

The Verdict ( Indifferent)

while it is not a bad idea and I would like to see some more diversity in KH and in the entertainment industry as a whole. But at the end of the day I doubt Square Enix will add more black characters ( if they do then good, if not oh well) and honestly it doesn't even matter

But SE don't really put Asians in their games either. It's mostly Whites.

Princess and the Frog would be a great way of bringing cultural diversity into the KH-verse (in KH3).

I think a good black keyblade wielder should be saved for the next series (after the Xehanort arc). One of the thirteen darknesses could be black though... they can't all be previously known characters.

Is it something needed?No

Would it be cool if they added it?Yeah

In the end if the guy whos making the story does/doesnt want a black character in there, its their damn choice, and they should be allowed to make said choice.
