It was after the ring and the world turning green that Naoko fully focused on her school, or rather what was supposed to be her school as it began twisting and raising towards the sky."And so it begins." she muttered. "Another night another coffin time."Naoko walked towards her bed before sitting on the edge, staring at the wall in front of her while taking her headphones off."No more music for tonight, no internet and no clock moving...at least after another hour. Perhaps I should sleep, haven't sleep in a couple of days...besides...there is school tomorrow."The blonde haired girl lay down on her bed, tossing the sheets over her body. After a couple of seconds Naoko's consciousness began to drift away, but before she fell asleep she swore that a blue butterfly was flying next to her bed.~And so it begins~"...Per..."~With just one little word~"...So...~That allows the power of the soul to be free~"...Na..."It was the last thing Naoko managed to whisper before drifting into sleep.

Makoto glanced up from his walkman to see someone cruise up beside the sidewalk on a sleek black motorcycle. Who was this person, and how did she know who he was? Makoto didn't say anything though, he merely looked at her with a blank look."That's me." He said, his voice both soft and monotonous. He gently clicked his music down, ensuring that he could more easily hear the person whom had suddenly appeared, "And you are?"

"Name's Erin Mochika,One of the seniours from Gekkoukan High School. I was asked to get you to our dorm..."she looked at her pnone.11:59"Shit...We have to hurry up"she thought."Well we should hurry,it's getting dark"the darkskined girl informed sitting on the motorbike, handing him the helmet and making a seat for the freshman."Buckle up...Your name was.." "Makoto Yuki." He replied, carefully sliding the helmet over his face. He was truly confused--who exactly was this person, again, and how would they know to pick him up so late at night? Even with a mass of questions swirling around his mind, Makoto remained silent as ever; music blasting into his ears as he and Mochika Erin rode off to where Makoto's dorm supposedly was.

 

Makoto glanced at his player.

He blinked, realizing his music had stopped. Makoto glanced back at his player, seeing that it too, was dead. He had charged up not too long before it left, so the battery couldn't have been an issue. He looked up, blinking several more times when he saw an odd change in scenery.

The city was filled with a sickly greenish hue, with the moon rising far up into the sky like some foreign monolith.

(I accidently misspelled the last letter of my character's surname.Does Mochiko or Mochika sound better?)The motorbike started rolling.With Makoto sitting behind her,Erin could only hear a familiar song coming out of the music player"Burrrn my dreaa--"suddenly it stoppedThis came as a huge realisation.It has begun"Listen,Makoto,whatever happeneds,stay calm,I'll explain everything to you back in the-SHOOt!!"She moved her bike sharply,avoiding the coffins that started appearing from the green fog.She was scared but tried to remain calm."ALMOST THERE!!"She yelled as she saw a shadow sticking throught one of the windows of the dormShe knew what that meant.She took out the gun like device and aimed it on the left side of her head,where part of her hair was shaved.Even thought she was driving,everything seemed frozen to her.From Makoto's perspective she was about to paint the concrete floor red."PERSONA!"There it was.The sound of shattering glass and eluminating crystals that formed a silloetthe above her.The bike got out of control but they stopped safely."Carstor,use blade of fury!"the strange creature obeyed as he ended the shadow.But there were more of them coming"C'mon!"she pulled the boy by his hand straight thought the dorm doors.The door directed straight to the large lobby.She quickly locked the door"Isagi!Gijiro!Anyone there!?"she shouted at the top of her lungs,worrying about the whole situation.She was breathing heavily Edited March 4, 2014 by Sandra_Nedelcheva1998

I kept barking as I ran through the hall of doors and got no response… I was going down the stairs to the 2nd floor and felt tired… But then I heard a voice coming from downstairs I perked up. Someone is here! I scurried down the stairs trying not to fall but fell on the last step. It slightly knocked the air out of me but I got up seeing a girl with brown hair with brown eyes. I barked and ran up to the girl trying to get her attention...

"Alright...Lucia. please come to me." Usagi stood in her bedroom watching the green-lit sky. Nobdy moved, they were all stuck in coffins. She grabbed her weapon that lay beside her bedstand. It looked like a gun... "Ha, I remember when I was terrified of this thing...but now." She frowned. "It's all I have..."

She shot.

 

A beautiful Persona laid around her, protecting her from the darkness the World contained. Her eyes were closed as she viewed the surroundings. "Good...Tartarus seems stable right now like we left...I-?! WHAT?! Why do I feel a large disturbance in many areas outside?! This should not be happening?! What's this...I feel-" The front door slammed ruining Usagi's focus. Lucia then disappeared. "No!" Usagi cursed and ran downstairs. "If it's who I think it is...ug I swear..."

 

Usagi opened the door, "Hello?-" Usagi's eyes widen as she saw not who she expected. Instead a female who she only met a couple of times appeared with a boy she never seen before. Usagi being her shy self when meeting a boy she never seen before muttered, "Um...hello..." She then realized the girl was breathing very hard, and it came to Usagi's mind that it was still the Dark Hour. "Please, hurry in." Usagi led them in thinking, "How are they not in coffins?! Wait...are they?.." Usagi led them to the lobby. "Exuse me but-" Suddenly the female ran upstairs causing Usagi to question but the boy was still there. Usagi stared at him and stared...

"Are you...the new student?" Usagi smiled at her grief "Well I wasn't expecting you here so soon."

Gijiro moaned, shifting in and out of focus... He saw the dog, and the legs of a girl through his hazy eyes. "Goo....d...Boy..." was all he got out... He raised his hand to pet the dog, fighting the pain..."Abnormal...climbing...." he said to the girl, hoping she'd understand...

On the other side of the alley way was the man laying on the ground. I walked back to see if she was following me and walked to the man. Quietly I whimpered as I nudged his body with my head.

She followed the dog which took her to the alley.The quiet whimpering proven her right.That much blood made he sick to her stomach.Without wasting any more time,she wrapped him with a bandage she always had in her pocket on the injury.Now for the harder part-dragging him back to safety.She was pretty strong for a lady but carrying him with his hand over her shoulder made her slower,no matter how hard she tried...But that wasn't an excuse for the shadow coming behind her "Abnormal climbing?"she quickly realized what he meant.She dodged the upcoming blade that pushed away her evoker."Oh god no!" Coffins? What in the world was happening? A girl named Usagi was speaking to him now.

"I guess so." Makoto replied, "Is that a big deal or something?" Makoto asked her, giving her a weird look, along with the entire area for that matter. This entire situation confused him immensely. On top of that, a horrible, crushing headache felt like it was splitting his mind in two.

"What...what's happening around here? Is this...green light normal..?"

The Poor poor boy... Usagi was trying to find a way to explain. "Maybe I should just smack him with a frying pan saying it was all a dream." That's when another weird vibration hit her. Something was defintaily not right. She turned around to see blood... "What the...but that's impossible. Only in Tartarus are you able to battle shadows." Fear than struck her...wait...is that...his blood...

 

SEES right now only had 2 members, Usagi...and her partner. And from the blood Usagi saw...she feared the worst. She began to loose it a little. The boy, the strange readings, that girl, the blood... "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?!" Usagi screamed knowing the boy was still there. She stared at him trying to calm down, "Ok..look..what ever has happened to you...I'm not really sure. I can get a clue but I don't know." She decided the best thing to do for this situation was to find out from someone else what was happening, "Can you please tell me what happened?"

 

Something's coming near the front door.

 

Her mind sensed a shadow approaching...and a rather large one at that. With her partner gone Usagi became quite frighten, but she had to protect this student! "Please follow me as you explain....then I'll explain what's going on to you." She started to walk up the stairs with a calm emotion while her soul panicked inside.

Makoto followed behind Usagi, completely and utterly confused. None of his questions had yet been answered. His mind was reeling, though his face was apathetic as ever. He arrived here in Tastumi, was picked up an odd stranger, arrived at his dorm...and now this. This odd, green version of the night.

"You better have an explanation for this, Usagi." Makoto murmured, wishing his headphones still worked.

Meanwhile,As the freshmen and priestness ran upstairs,the door got wide open as another shadow was trying to fit through it.This one was harder to eliminate.After the battle,the darkskinned girl.tried her best to block the door,using furniture.Now the walls were spattered with black goo.After that she did her best bandaging Gijiro and shoving a painkiller down his throat."Hey,can you stand up?"

Usagi stared very confused, "Nani...Your that female?...What the hell are you doing?..." She then spotted a Shadow coming in... "Really..." She listened to this girl's orders and ran upstairs, "Come on let's go. You sure have strange dreams..." She dragged the newbie with her to one of the vacant rooms. Usagi didn't admit it but she was extremely angry with everyone...extremely.

So when the girl and Gijiro came in she lost it. She screamed at them, "WHAT IN THE WORLD HAVE YOU BEEN DOING?! WHAT DID YOU DO LEAD THE SHADOWS TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD?!" She looked at the dog"So Shiro's your name,huh?You did a good job buddy"she said to the dog,wanting to pet him but now she focused on balancing Gijiro and taking him upstairs."Lets go,buddy"

 

When they found the other two,Erin jumped a little from Usagi's outburst but quickly snapped too"FIRST OFF,CALM THE HELL DOWN!SECOND OF ALL,THERE ARE FREAKING SHADOWS EVERYWHERE HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO BE STUPID ENOUGH TO LURK IN ONE HERE?!She was even more pissed of when she started yelling at Gijiro, who was on the edge of losing his consciousness and about the goofing off."DID WE EVEN LOOKED LIKE WE--"She stopped there,regreting everything she said because she saw the tears in the priestness's eyes.There was a moment of uncontroble silence,until Erin opened her mouth again"I'm sorry,I didn't mean to put you in this stress....We aren't doomed ok?Never think of that..."

Kurai wandered about through the coffin filled streets. She had been experiencing this ghost hour for months now, but it still felt incredibly odd. No explanation, no reason. Just coffins in the street, and no real people. Oh well. Kurai could use that to her advantage, giving her some extra time to think. Alone time she liked to call it. The teenager grasped her headphones, and placed them over her ears, tuning out the rest of the world. Not that there was much to tune out anyway though.

Makoto grimaced. So much damn yelling.

The Usagi girl, and nearly everyone else was yelling at one another, causing a massive, pulsing pain deep within Makoto's mind. All of this...was so...damn. Annoying. It would be so much easier for him if it just...stopped!

"All of you...stop it.." Makoto mumbled, flinching when the pain only increased. Something was clearly wrong--all of this, the coffins, loss of power, odd green night; it all collided together in a way that made Makoto want to scream.

Usagi gazed at the girl and boy. She did agree that her actions were rather rash...but so much had happened to her in just almost a hour. It was too much for the 16 year girl...too much. "I'm sorry..." That's when something beeped into her mind. "Lucia.." Usagi then understood that she was caple of summoning her Persona again. She dashed to an open space, "Please stand back everyone."

Usagi grasped her weapon, closed her eyes, and settled with her soul and mind, "Persona" Lucia her heart's Persona appeared over her body again. Usagi began to scan when she felt a very strong force...the Boss most likely. Usagi then stopped her connection and formed a plan. "Please follow my directions everyone. May you two please stay here and watch over Gijiro." She pointed to the Female and Dog. "I need to go check on something, and if all of us go it could result in danger." She then pointed to the Newbie, "I only want him to come. So please whatever you do, stand guard intill I return. Besides...I think the hour is almost over." She walked and grab the newbie's hand, "Come with me, I luckly am able to transport us somewhere a little far from here. However, only this once..." Usagi called her Persona, "Lucia." The two then transported.

 

They ended up on the top layer of the Dorms, also known as the rooftop. Her plan was to take him to the kitchen and smack him...but luck was not in her favor today. "Darn..." She muttered to herself. "Well ok...lets go do-" Black Goo then appeared with a deadly shadow hand appearing. "What the..." Out of nowhere! A Shadow appeared with a blue mask on and many knifes ready to slay meat. "No..." This. Was. Not. Good. "Newbie! Quickly run ba-" The Shadow used one of it's free hands (for her luck) and swiped at her. "Ah!" She actually got hit and slid back on the hard rooftop. Her Gun-like weapon slid out...landing next to the Newbie's feet...

Narutame sat on the monitor, watching the activities before the dark hour hit. He thought about the new student... So many users... And the apathy syndrome... Is this an omen of good or bad?

Gijiro stat on the bed, looking out if the window, waiting to fall asleep... But he couldn't be... This spread of the syndrome....

Eri had to obey,but she was curious what's going on with the two.Then she remembered that the meeting room with monitors wasn't too far"Gijiro,hold on tight,We'll go to Narutame".After dragging him there,she kicked the door wide open letting all three."Narutame..I need you to locate Usagi and the Freshman"she was angry at the him,that he was just sitting there,watching everything.But then again,He couldn't help much even if he wanted too.

After the seach,the monitor showed the rooftop and everything that happen.She gasped but held herself up.She was waiting to see what will happen next

Narutame looked in interest at the monitor. Nodding thoughtfully, looking intently at the boy... And the beckoning evoker ... "Now... What will our newcomer do?" He cared for Gijiro, but he had known he was tough... A couple weeks, he'd be back up like nothing happened...

Makoto had leaned against the wall, his headache reaching a new height of pain. It felt now, that something was trying to speak to him. It was nothing but a faint murmur, but it brought along a terrible, ruining headache. He blinked, glancing down at his feet.

A small handgun had slid next to his foot, glinting slightly in the green moonlight.

 

The gun was calling him. This....was the source. Of the headache, and the voice. As Makoto picked it up, the headache vanished completely; yet the mysterious voice remained, although still unclear in his mind.

Makoto swallowed, his hand shaking as he lifted the gun to his head. No longer was he controlling his arm. His body was directing itself.

 

"Persona!" He shouted, pulling the trigger. The gun fired, but surprisingly, Makoto felt no pain. In fact...he felt better. He chuckled lightly, a blue fire rising around him. It felt like he had released some enormous power, straight from his heart. And it was collecting behind him. A large, white doll-like being rose behind him, wielding an equally massive harp. That being though, let out a monstrous scream. It seemingly tore itself apart, an even larger, more threatening being coming alive.
