In Birth By sleep,it shows the keyblades on the ground and Master Xehnrot talks about it.Is there anything that shows what happened in it or anyone else talk about it.And does it have a big effect in the game?

So, this is made up of all the info I found from reading the Xehanort Reports:

 

The fairy tale is based on the legend of the Keyblade Wars. It was back when the worlds of the realm of light were connected, and the light was overflowing. There were many Keyblade wielders, and eventually, the battle to claim the light began, thus known as the Keyblade Wars. In doing so, they forgot the original purpose of having a Keyblade, and waged war upon each other in order to claim the great light known as Kingdom Hearts for themselves.

 

Eventually, even those who had no intention of participating soon became drawn into the war. The ones who fought to protect the light, those who fought for the darkness, those who were trying to keep the light and dark at equilibrium, those who fought for entirely selfish reasons; they all became involved, and soon the world was plagued in darkness.

 

Note that with the creation of the X-blade (ie. a heart of pure light and a heart of pure darkness intersecting) Kingdom Hearts will appear. Not an artificial KH, but a KH made of up the hearts of the worlds. Even though the worlds during the time of BBS were separated, with the power of the X-blade, the hearts of the worlds will gather and complete KH, and the Keyblade War will return.

Nope. He wanted to gather all of the existing wielders at that time to reenact the war.
