I don't think it's right for developers to simply pull the plug on the Wii U because of sales, if they'd put their games on the machine it would sell more. Look at Rayman Legends for example, Ubisoft was afraid it wouldn't sell well because of the poor Wii U console sales so they delayed the release and put it on everything except the 3DS and then it went on to sell best on the Wii U! Ubisoft though have been very good to the Wii U much more than other developers have, even Watch Dogs is hitting the system. 3rd party support on a home console is something that Nintendo has sadly severely lacked in recent years.
