Why is this such a big deal?You'll be 15 on your birthday. It doesn't get any more complicated than that.

Okay I am not entirely sure where the firetruck this thread is supposed to go but this is a confusion I REALLY needed clearing.Suppose I was born on 18th April, 1999, (okay fine this might be my real birthdate)How old would I be this April? The day after your birthday you will be 15 years + 1 day. I don't know where people are getting the "entering your 15th year on your 15th birthday" thing. This seems obvious, but apparently not for some people if this thread has been going for 2 pages.

Um forgive my slightly harsh honesty but I don't see a conundrum here so I am a bit concerned that one is being made of it by so many people. 

On April 18th you will have officially been alive for 15 years. May 18 you will have officially been alive for 15 years and one month. Etc.
