But they still have the data for KH2FM and BBSFM, they didnt for KH1FM so that took longer. The only real diff. between 1.5 and 2.5 development wise, is that they have the data for both, but unlike 1.5, they dont have one game that doesnt need translating (Re:COM) and can just be remastered. They need to translate BOTH 2FM and BBSFM, but otherwise, it should take about as long as it did with 1.5. It hasn't even been a year since HD 1.5 ReMIX was released. And they're purposely delaying the Japanese version so it can release close to the English version. I didn't say they needed too, but they will announce a release date obviously. THey never officially confirmed that its going to be a Worldwide release you know. I never said it was. I said they are delaying it, so it would be closer to the English release. The English version is going to release only a few months after the Japanese version. They chose to delay the English version's release, it was already finished before E3. Kingdom Hearts games will release in English about as fast as FINAL FANTASY games now. I'm talking about them announcing the release date.......when they give out the release date that's them announcing it. And I'm not asking, Square Enix will give us one when they're ready. DZG-Fearleas 4 Posted February 24, 2014 It's been long enough we should have a release date by now idk what's taking them so long obviously no one does but honestly they shouldn't have announced it in October if they weren't gunna have a release date at least fairly soon after, if it were a normal game I would understand but it's an hd remake so development won't take nearly as long.
