The interior design is the same, when there's loads of different designs for them you can find just by googling. Chakrams aren't an original weapon to Kingdom Hearts. Looks like her legs were crushed in an accident though. Also she's holding them in the wrong place. For actual throwing you should hold the middle (and the cross for those who are dexterous with their fingers can be used to spin them in your hand) since the outside has spikes.
