Doubt it. That was to make up for the cards that were added after completing Kingdom Hearts II or Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix. And you could do them in order and still get the cards in a completed save file.

for me im going to play through the Land of Departure part at the start of the game as Terra, just to check out BBS FM on full screen HD, then ill play KH2 FM because i want to fight Roxas, Do the Data Battles, and Terra, so i can have a firetrucking CROWN, lol jk the crown is just a thing to say cool about, i just want to do the fights

I'd say Birth By Sleep Final Mix. I'd like to finish either Ventus's or Terra's story, then move on to KH II Final Mix. Then once I get to the first Data boss, I'd switch to finishing up another story. I'd switch back, finish KH II's main storyline, then work on Aqua's storyline. After that, when both games' main story has been completed, I'd finish up with mingames and side-quests, as well as difficulty trophies if they have them. (Most likely they will) I trophy-hunt. And I love doing so.
