Ansem and Xemnas

So a few months back, I started a topic about a theory I made about Xigbar and Saix. (I was beaten by Flaming Lea)

 

But, I came up with this other theory which has been in my head for quite a long time.

 

So as you all should know, Master Xehanort returned due to the deaths of Ansem the Seeker of Darkness and Xemnas the Superior of the In-Between. But, both Ansem and Xemnas returned in KH 3D. So, Young Xehanort must have time travelled and got them at some point before they died. My theory is about WHEN Young Xehanort got them.

 

Ansem: I believe that Young Xehanort got Ansem after he disappeared at the end of Kingdom Hearts 1, when Kingdom Hearts was shining.

Then, after the events of Kingdom Hearts 3, he returns at the time of KH Chain of Memories, confronting Riku.

 

Xemnas: I believe that Young Xehanort got Xemnas after he was defeated by Sora, Riku, Donald and Goofy, in the cutscene known as: "Escape from the Other Space". Then, after the events of Kingdom Hearts 3, he returns with the giant mechanical dragon thing, known as the World of Nothingness"

This. I don't think it is important to know when YX picked them up. The only important thing is, that it was before they were destroyed. Personally, I regard this as one of the more irrelevant matters in the game. Also because we already know about this. It would make more sense to theorize more about the other Norts who were taken from their time.

I'm just wondering why when Ansem went forwards in time, he wore the Organization cloak.
