KH13's Pokemon Rules?

Since the Smogon rules are kinda weird, I decided to make my own rules. You can add your rules, to be add here.

 

 

 

Clauses

 

Species Clause vr.ll

No more than 3 of the same pokemon on a single team.

 

OHKO vr.ll

No more than one use of an OHKO move. Only until after it hits a second time does it break this. (Can hit once, cannot hit again)

 

 

 

Normal Rules

 

All weather changing moves/abilities allowed.

 

Item/stat switching moves allowed.

 

Matches may take as long as they must.

 

Stats Rules

 

All Stat increasing moves allowed.

 

Item Rules

All Items allowed, from stat boosters to healing.

Fool. If the very best stuff wasn't banned, everyone would use it. Having rules ensures that there is at least some diversity.

Dude I didn't mean legendaries or Mega Kangaskhan because those deserve banning

 

but stuff like Mega Lucario isn't even that broken and there are tons of ways to counter it similar to the likes of Mega Mawile,Mega Absol....etc

so please stop assuming things about me and say that I'm thinking according to said assumption

IMO everything should be allowed except having more than one legendary/mega evolution. I like having unlimited possibilities, but I really think there should be one legendary or one mega evolution per team.

Only one Mega can be used per team...it's like that even in X&Y

 

the problem we're discussing here is the many mega evos that got banned to Ubers

 

I know Mega Kangaskhan deserved to be banned(THANK GOD),but every Mega that got banned after it didn't make sense

Forum rules aren't pointless. Pokemon Rules are. We hold tournaments at my library every other Monday, and although we have some rules, they're not stupid rules like: "Mega Evolutions banned, no more than one OHKO" crap. That's just stupid if you ask me. If you know what you're doing, you can handle stuff that you usually let the rules do for you. You're free to do whatever in battle,

Well you just backfired your previous statement with this one. Way to go, no need to go further. 

 

Apologies to the OP, didn't mean to go off topic but I couldn't help but notice how silly "no rules" made any sense in a game, especially in Pokemon. I suggest the species clause be 1 since I can see many people taking abuse of this. (Just about any rulesets out there put this, even VGC, but your call)

 

Again, I pass if this thread was intended for a future tournament.
