Should I get PS4 or PC

Recommended Posts

I'm so torn. On one hand If I bought PS4 I'd be saving myself $170 and I would get almost every new pc game coming out at 1080p 60fps(something my build can't do) along with some non pc games I really want like Metal Gear Solid V, KHIII, and FFXV. On the other hand the PC has almost every PS3/360 game I love and much more at 60fps 1080p. Not to mention the jaw dropping steam sales. I would also get everything my pc does right now but much less frustrating and much faster.

The way I see it is if you prefer having digital copies of the games of physical copies of them. I like collecting video games, so I would get the PS4. You can just pop in the disc and presto; no waiting for it to download any data aside from the occasional update. As long as you take care of the disc and not get any scratches on them, they'll last you a long time.

Umm....Kingdom Hearts III.

Isn't that enough said by itself? > . >

I'd say a PS4. If you can get all the PC games you want on PS3/PS4, then there's not much of a need for the PC. The only upgrade that you'd get for the PC versions would be better graphics, and a good gaming PC would be more expensive than a PC.

PS4. PC gaming is amazing and better than console gaming generally, but if you don't think you could save money for a PS4 by the time FFXV and KH3 release then buy a PS4 now. It's all about the games, and PS4 offers the games that fans of Japanese RPGs want.

Fool. I'd say get a PS4. You won't have to upgrade until the PS5.

If he builds a gaming computer well he wouldn't need to upgrade for about as long, but the option is there if he wants better graphics.

PlayStation 4. Much cheaper and will allow you to play FINAL FANTASY XV, Kingdom Hearts III and tons of other great games. There's also likely to be emulation for PlayStation and PlayStation 2 games.

Fool. He said he would be saving himself $170 going with the PS4. There's no way the gaming PC he has in mind is that good.

It can run the newest games at 30fps medium settings, it's not the 60fps the ps4 offers but it would get the job done

Just throwing this out there, but asking on KH13 might result in some slight bias because... Well, the next KH game's on PS4. xD I still say PS4 though, if you can play all the PC games you want on PS3. Better to expand the library now, then get the older ones in higher quality later.
