They own all rights to Kingdom Hearts characters (hence why they had control over Aqua`s redesign) So I doubt they`d let Aqua`s costume in Lightning Returns. But hey, you never know! Or Disney Infinity probably due to the fact that it wouldn't fit, they'd have to put the whole KH Lore into multiple levels and frankly I don't think kids are interested in the main story in Kingdom Hearts just the Disney aspect.
