No nation owns her >DOne woman and one man from each Forum section except the Capitol [Kingdom Hearts series section] would be forced to The Hunger Games every year as punishment for rebellion. The Forum Games section has already been annihilated and the Random section lies the largest threat, if they weren't scurrying around everywhere randomly.
