Women....

Recommended Posts

Hello all readers,

Let me tell you, women are a handful. And, to all you guys, please, be prepared to have your credit card out, and your eyes at her, or things could get ugly.

I'm engaged, but I'm afraid I won't be much longer. I was out with my girlfriend, and I just happened to gaze at some chicks, and smirk. Let me tell you, she got mad. REAL mad. We argued, shouted,  and I ended up getting spit on.. You get the picture. Anyways, just wanted to say, don't make the same mistake I did. :P

Ever had troubles with a lover before? Let me know in the comments section below!

-Aang

EDIT:

This is the line of events in which it took place:

1. Walked in the store, and walked together.

2. I went to use the bathroom, I walked out, and was distracted by this beautiful women.

3. We talked for a good 10 minutes, and I said some things.

4. She heard those things.

5. I saw her, and walked by her side. We began to walk.

6. She started rambling about a wedding dress, and I lingered my eyes at that one women. She bent over.

7. I grinned ( idiotically )

8. She then was talking about how I've been giving more attention to other women more than I was to her.

9. I said, "Were not married yet" Which was again, idiotic, and I STRONGLY regret it.

10. She began to question the wedding at all.

11. We argued, and it escalated to the point that we were shouting.

12. We were directed outside by the manager.

13. I said some more horrible things, it went a bit like Queen Terry said.

14. She started to ignore me, and was walking away. I knew I was in deep waters, so I tried to calm it.

15. Some more ugly  words, and she spit on me, and stormed off. I drove home, called some folks, and posted this article

I think you're leaving out a lot of crucial information here. You act like women are such a problem, but take a moment to reflect on yourself before you go accusing your partner of what she did wrong.

tbh lala's got the best response, everyone else go home

Well, I realized that, what I did was wrong. And that I'm sorry. My inner male instincts kicked in. But no excuses, what I did was wrong. Hopefully it's not too late.

It's alright! It's never too late. Just apologize to your fiancee and it will be fine.

Trying to apologize is better than not trying at all. Lets just hope you two get to move on from this.

Going to go over there, probably with a bullet proof vest. :P wish me luck.

Better to learn from your mistakes now before you are married . Learn from this and apply your acquired knowledge to your future.

Thanks for your advice, Flaming Lea.

I can't forsee anything remotely negative coming out of having this conversation.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go smoke cigars while doing cartwheels on my collection of powder kegs.

Update: She ended up taking me back, but she said its hard to forgive me. She still holds it against me, but I'm must blessed she came back. Now I realized some wisdom from you all, even from god. I thank you all for your advise. Yes, even you RoxSox. Let's just hope this never happens again. I don't want to see that. -Aang

That's good, hopefully you two don't face any issues like this again. And if something bad does come up, you should have a better idea of how to handle it now

Best of luck to you two :]

So what if he checked out other girls? When you're engaged it doesn't mean all other woman become the freakin' Sasquatch. If a really gorgeous girl is nearby you're going to at least glance, maybe smile if she does too. That gives her the right to spit on his face? No, that's one of the filthiest things you can to do somebody. It's unhygenic, disgusting, demeaning oh and is actually abuse. I don't care what he did, unless he slapped one of those girls on the ass, ignored her the entire time or one of them was the fiancee's sister/aunt...(or Grandma...) then no she can take that spit, spread it round her bumhole and Aang here can put it to good use. She can tell him off, yell, whatever, do not spit on someone else's face.

Ridiculous.  Sorry, TC.

I admit, I deserved it. I have been with her for two years now, and I'm engaged to her. We were shopping, and I happened to be looking at some hot girls, I wont lie. She told me to stop, and I idiotically ignored, and she saw me as being decreasingly less interested, ( which isn't true ) and we started to argue. It got loud, and the store manager had to come over to us, and ask us to leave the store and take it out side. We started acting childish, and I said a few things I regret, and she spit in my face and stormed off.

I deserved it, and It's a miracle she even came back to me.

The victim always blames themselves.

I still don't believe that warrants a spit in the face. If she wants to yell and if you want to yell fine, it's what couples do but spitting is abuse and that is not ok. Is she going to spit on your kids because they didn't do their homework on time? I wouldn't call her coming back to you a miracle either, she's not going to leave you because you noticed some women were beautiful (especially while shopping which is pretty much the most boring thing you can do) and if she was then she's ridiculously egotistical and not worth your time. I do apologise if I'm causing offense by saying this stuff about her but honestly.

I definitely agree that the spitting was wrong. It sounds like both sides dun firetrucked up. But at the same time we weren't there. We can only hear his side of the story and not hers.

Yeah, I agree. Although it probably doesn't come across too well cause of how lame I worded my post, I actually don't blame her for being mad or yelling at him, I wasn't there, so anything she did that doesn't sound like she's going overboard, I can't blame her for it in the least. It's just...the spit, I mean...*cringe*
