Can you see the future of the series coming to the Vita?

And no, I don't think the PlayStation Vita will have a Kingdom Hearts game.

 

The only Kingdom Hearts games I can see being released in the next four years are HD 2.5 ReMIX, Kingdom Hearts Online for Smartphones and Tablets, a HD remaster of Kingdom Hearts 3D and Kingdom Hearts III.

I could see some version releasing for the Vita. More so than the games being released anywhere else beyond the PlayStation and current Nintendo consoles.

I think a side game will eventually come to the PS Vita.  Not in this saga, but the next.  Nomura likes makes use of the different hardware different consoles and handhelds have to offer, he also has a habit of doing so with KH when the console/handheld is on it's way out.

I don't know if we'll ever see a brand new game on the system, but I do know that a lot of HD remasters have had a port to the Vita. (The Metal Gear Solid HD collection, the Jak and Daxter HD collection) So maybe we could see ports of I.5 and II.5 on the system sometime in the future.

The Vita's sales have been more than dismal. I feel as though that would need to change immensely before Kingdom Hearts could justify going over to the system. Of course, doing so would undoubtedly help the system's figures anyways. So, yes, maybe?

The Vita probably will not get a KH release, at least any time soon. I think Square wants to focus keeping it on consoles after the long, LONG break on handhelds.

Considering that Birth By Sleep was on the PSP, there may be odds that a KH title for the new saga might see its way towards the Vita.  I mean think about it, with Kingdom Hearts 3, they'll be practically experimenting with the PS4's properties and technical components, meaning that after they're done with KH3, they'll take some time to examine the PS4 even further while they make KH4, and during that time a side game could sate our hunger for more KH games, so yes, a Vita game would probably be a cool thing to do, and plus, it would make Vita sales improve.  But yeah, in the end, that's all up to Nomura.

I hope not, I don't want to buy a Vita. I tried one at a store-demo, and I hated it. It's way too uncomfortable, the buttons are too small, and it doesn't even have any good games out for it. I kinda doubt it will, too, unless KH comes to it. I don't want to buy it for one game.

I am pretty sure that we won't see a Vita Release on this saga. There is a high possibility of seeing one in the next saga though . I mean it would be a good idea.
