PikaLink91 58 Posted January 22, 2014 First off, if you haven't heard about this title (and there's a reason), you can read about it here: http://kingdomhearts.wikia.com/wiki/Kingdom_Hearts_V_CAST What do you guys think about this "game"? Would you wanna play it? HAVE you played it? Please, do feel free to share your thoughts Personally I have heard the controls are stiff as f**k, the "plot" shamefully simple, and the graphics... well I can understand that the V-cast is a cellphone, so I guess they are passable? But I do think that the "caterpillar"-thing is a nice inclusion, and Sora's model at the Menu Screen doesn't look half bad^_^ I would definetly wanna play it if I got the chance; because I'm curious; so I can say that I have played it; and who knows, it might be a guilty pleasure By the way, I also found this gameplay video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEmC7DLvJFs

Sora96 17,256 Posted January 22, 2014 It's just a silly spin-off game developed by Disney. No thanks. 1 WakelessDream reacted to this
Grotesquery 603 Posted January 22, 2014 Ah yes, the game which cannot be named because no one cares enough to do so. I've heard of this one before, but I haven't played it. I used to wonder what it was like, because I felt like I had to play every Kingdom Hearts game there was. But now, I don't think it's worth it anymore. Sorry, but my fascination ends there. Philip Ellwell 5,487 Posted January 22, 2014 No offense, but no: not even the caterpillar can save this game. Not even a plot? Really? Sorry: no plot, no real point.... I won't be playing it. I don't see any reason to purchase a phone to play a game with no real value to the storyline. After coded's irrevelance: plot or go home, Square. Kaneki Ken 1,516 Posted January 22, 2014 I had vcast before and heard of it, but I couldn't find it. Oh well, I was waiting to see if someone would make this topic or heard about this game, seeing I felt like I was the only one who heard of KH VCAST. Still, for a spinoff game, it sucked anyways. 1 PikaLink91 reacted to this

Like these? download (29).jpgdownload (28).jpgdownload (27).jpg Yes, Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] is a boring spin-off game. 358/2 Days and Re:coded aren't spin-offs, they're simply side games. They're awful to play on DS or 3DS now though.

Cucco 1,907 Posted January 22, 2014 Vaguely? It set up Kingdom Hearts 3D. Yes, it was very vague and didn't give anyone any hints to 3d's coming

I don't see any reason to purchase a phone to play a game with no real value to the storyline. After coded's irrevelance: plot or go home, Square. The "plot" takes place during KH1. While Sora & Co. are flying the Gummi Ship they fall asleep, and a dark force infiltrates the ship and enters Sora's dreams, throwing Sora into another world. Whether it's an actual dream world, a distant world in the KH universe, or a world in a totally different dimension I am honestly not sure of. But anyway, Sora finds himself on Swordsman Island where he now has to find Donald and Goofy, while trying to find a way off the Island. Spoiler alert, he doesn't find them and therefore leaves the Island on a raft on his own. He the falls asleep (presumably waking up on the Gummi Ship again). The End. Are you mindblown yet? Yes, it was very vague and didn't give anyone any hints to 3d's coming Except that we heard what King Mickey had written in the flask post found at the end of KHII, in which he clearly hinted at the next game. I had vcast before and heard of it, but I couldn't find it. Oh well, I was waiting to see if someone would make this topic or heard about this game, seeing I felt like I was the only one who heard of KH VCAST. Still, for a spinoff game, it sucked anyways. PikaLink91 58 Posted January 23, 2014 Gotta be honest though, because I hate to be left out of things, and because I have a habit of wanting to play game that are normally out of my reach (like Final Mix and Fullmetal Alchemist on PS2), I wouldn't mind seeing a 3DS remake of this game, just like we got with Re:coded Think about it, if Square tampered a little with the game to make the gameplay better and stuff like that
