Empty Worlds

I'm not sure how NPCs would work with the way the combat does (if you'll notice, whenever a friendly or Non Player character is in the environment, the area has usually been cleared and there are no enemies in the entire accessible map) but it would be interesting to see if they can come up with a way to make the worlds seem less dead.

Not really. I mean, if they end up putting more NPC's in KHIII, alright, but it's never really bothered me, since a lot of times there's a good reason for lack of NPC's. I mean, the Heartless are attacking and most folks stay in their homes. Simple as that, really.

They could have easily worked around that.

Who? The developers or the actual characters? Because the developers did pretty much on worlds like Traverse Town and Radiant Gardens.

I meant the writers could have worked around the excuse the the reason why worlds are so empty is because the heartless or any other type of enemy are around.

I guess, but they'd still have to spend the resources to add all those NPC's. I just don't think they'd add much in the end. Especially considering KHII, which was already filled to the brim and literally couldn't add anything else. Let's just hope they bring KHIII to it's fullest potential.
