Well, obviously I'd intervene if the kid looked like they could seriously get hurt crawling around, etc. As for the letting them cry part... Well, I suppose it's pretty obvious I'd be a terrible parent. It sounds horrible to say (especially the way you put it), but if I'm going to be honest, I don't see myself as being the type to get up for a crying baby. Heck, I wouldn't even want a baby in the same bedroom. Eh, maybe I'm just being too extreme/ridiculous with the way I state my viewpoints.
