You didn't know how...until you discovered you can change forms.
Will you use this power to create peace and light again?
Or...will you fall into the corruption and darkness?

A dark force has threatened Japan. This force takes the form of possessing people. Not just simple people on the streets....people you know. One of your family members, your principal, et cetera. 
You just recently found out your new ability to change forms. How will you use it?

Let us begin, shall we?

 

Akai hadn't told a soul about what she had become. She has tried avoiding the fact she did change forms one night. She was on her way back home, school was over. She was alone for now, but Akai thought about getting some ice cream or something. Maybe go to some book store. She had nothing else to do.

 

(Basically, everyone is on their way back from school. Things will get hectic when it comes to be nighttime.)

Lock had just finished a concert. He was in a car driving being driven home. He slowly drifted to sleep exhausted from the long day of belting songs. He could barely speak.

Hiroko checked his watch. It was nearing nighttime. He sighed, his shoes clacking against the concrete sidewalk as he passed various houses. He was in the up-scale part of his prefecture, meaning the odds of him getting mugged of attacked was zero to none.

"Another boring trip." He murmured, glancing at the large houses. No one was out at this point in the day. "Did nothing except follow some guide all day...yeesh.."

"I haven't seen you in a long time, Akai." Akai suddently heard a voice, turning around to see Akito.

"A-Akito?" Akai asked. 

"It's me." he said with a smile.

Akai smiled back.

"Where were you heading?" he asked.

"Probably back home Akito." Akai said, looking down the road.

"What a shame, we just now saw each other again and you go off leaving me. How typical, Akai." Akito snapped.

Akai turned to Akito once more.

"We don't see each other a lot Akito, but we will see each other again. I have to go, bye!" Akai said rather quickly, running off.

"She is such an idiot. Thinking she can tell lies to get away from people." Akito muttered, he rather quickly changed forms into the black cat, and ran off the opposite direction.

Shou woke up in a room. Well, The Room to be exact. Where Gen had his fun. He looked at the black Jacket/pants combo that Gen used. He looked at the Remains of the girl. He sighed, and said a prayer. Trevor saw the weird cat transformation. Rather, he saw the boy, then the cat.he had something in his eye, and scratched it, so he couldn't make it out fully. "Cat...Boy?" he said. This was his usual morning walk. but this seemed to change. He kept a safe distance, and walked behind.

Akoni walked down the suburban streets, glancing every which way at his surroundings. His school was located right in the middle of Tokyo, but the housing which all the foreign exchange students stayed at was located in the suburbs, so he cherished all the time he could get strolling in a less busy area of Japan, it reminded him of home.

Turning the corner, he noticed Akai in the middle of a conversation with a boy he did not recognize. Akai was a schoolmate of Akoni's, although he did not speak much to her. Even though Akai was one of the few students at his school that spoke English, and he wasn't too shabby with his Japanese himself, he decided to keep to himself most of the time. But he did find her cute...

Noticing the boy turning to face the direction Akoni was in, he quickly jumped to a bush and hid nervously, his afro protruding from the top of the leaves. When the boy transformed into a cat, Akoni was stunned.

"Ok, your homesickness must really be getting to you..." He said to himself. When the boy was out of sight, something in Akoni pushed him to follow Akai.

"What am I doing?" He whispered to himself, catching up and following Akai close behind.

 

Eliza sat above the roof of a small restaurant, eating noodles and watching over the kids that were walking home from school.

"So innocent, these children seem to be. But not for long, all things must come to an end, as does the innocence of a girl or boy." She said to herself, quietly eating her noodles.

Eliza looked toward a cul-de-sac and saw a boy morph into a black cat.

"Another one... Well this should be interesting..." She muttered. She quickly rose and picked up her sheathed katana. After doing a quick stretch, she back flipped off of the restaurant roof and landed on the ground. Eliza then quietly dashed towards the cat, hiding in the shadows.

Trevor looked behind, and saw Akoni, must be as freaked out as him, if not more.

From above in the clouds, T.K. was in his lion form watching the city. "Everything seems peaceful, too much peaceful for this place. I found out all about my abilities so I could become a guardian, but how am I to do that if there are no problems?" T.K. said in a deep tone. All of a sudden, a bright red light blasted the whole city into pieces, as T.K. was being woken up from an odd dream. "T.K.!!!!!!! Wake up!!!!" a voice cried out as T.K. rolled over on to the ground from sleeping on a top of a tree branch, and managed to land on his feet. "Huh?!?!?" T.K. screamed out surprised from being woken up. April was standing in front of him. "One, how do you always land on your feet? Two, why are you asleep when you promised you would take me out to do some exploring of the town? I mean we just got here yesterday, could you please focus?" April asked in a grumpy tone.

Akai rather quickly turned around, looking back to Trevor and Akoni.

She glared at them for a second.

"Who are you guys?! A pair of stalkers?" she snapped, running off. 

 

Akito's ears twitched and he stopped in his tracks. He looked off into the darkness.

"If anyone is near me, they can't hide." he thought.

"YOU CAN TALK!" he screamed, the shock not keeping his thoughts in.  He was awestruck. This means...."You're an Animorph!!!" he remembered those kids.

Akoni quickly began to chase after Akai. "Wait Akai! I, I, I'm Akoni, we go to school together. Who was the boy that turned into a cat?" He asked, hoping Akai had heard him.

 

Eliza left the shadows, a glimmering smile evident on her face.

"Very keen senses, boy. I guess that's the least you can expect from someone who's part cat." She slowly began to approach Akito, though there was no sign she was going to attack.

"I'm not going to harm you, yet." She said comfortingly, walking around from behind and eventually stopping when she was right in front of him. "I just want to get a good look at you. I haven't seen one who could change like me in a while... It's so invigorating." She said excitingly.

It didn't take T.K. and April long to go out to the town. Their house was just on a hill alone from every other house and was the richest looking house in the city. T.K. and April were walking through the city streets taking in the sights, wanting to know the town and it's people.

In one of the aparments in the city(the story is in Tokyo,right?)lived Minato.He was working on his laptop on a desk in his living room.The apartment wasn't luxurious,in fact he rent it,but was enough comftrotable and peaceful.It was a month he came back here to continue his education as either a programmer or an engineer...maybe both and to stay away from his annoying dad.

 

On the near his desk,was a ciclular window ,which view sometimes took away Minato's concentration.It oriented on other buildings,some lower some higher and there was always something to see.This time,was a pretty girl on the restaurant's rooftop.Everything was ok,until....She jumped from the rooftop."Holy....!?"he jumped,closing the laptop,and looking down the window.She wasn't there."Was I hallusinating?"he thought queitly as he left and locked his apartment to see if she was still.

 

As he arrived,there she was holding the cat--it's like she didn't even made the jump.Of course,he was suprised but he held a serious emotionless face,as he looked at the situation quetly from a distance

Shinori was walking in the park. She had nothing to do and she didn't want to do anything. She was half daydreaming while walking on the grass. But she came back to reality when some birds flew away right before her feet. "Sorry" She said without realizing that she was talking to a bird. She wanted to fly too but she held it back. While whistling she hoped through the park. There were a lot of people on the streets but Shinori thought them all away. Now she was alone. Like she wanted.

April and T.K. were walking nearby Akai when T.K. heard something about a boy turning into a cat. 'Weird place. These people must have weird culture traits." T.K. thought in his mind. He didn't know much about the real side of this place.

Minato's eyes widened as he stepped back sharply"Did that cat just talk!?...it's offical,I'm freaking insane-am I?"He taught as he looked at the girl.There was something wrong about both of them.Or maybe with him.

 

He didn't know what to do.Maybe this isn't the time to react yet.Wanting to know more of what's going on,he leaned on a wall with enough distance to hear their conversations but not get detected.He put his headphones on that were around his neck but didn't turn on the music.He started mindlessly writing texts and looking on his phone while listening really carefully

Akoni sighed.

"Maybe I really am seeing things..." He thought aloud, laughing the thought off. "Anyways, I'm glad to have finally started up a conversation with you, even if it was on strange terms." Akoni looked behind him, then back to Akai. "So, you really don't know anything about your friend changing into a cat?" He asked curiously.

 

Eliza laughed so gracefully it was almost as if it was a response to a joke you would hear at a cocktail party.

"No need to be rude, we're all friends here. I was just curious as to why you were so open about transforming the way you did. You know there are all kinds of dangerous people looking for people like you and me."

Her eyes glossed to the left side of her face, then back to Akito.

"Like the guy watching us for example, although I don't think he's dangerous at all. Friend of yours?" Eliza asked

"Damn,she noticed me"He thougth,not saying a word,not giving a glance.She had definitely seen him when he was staring from earlier.He felt completely stupid.Well,at least the strange girl won't attack,right?But there was 3 things he knew for now:the cat is actually a or was human,the girl knew things more than she should and that he might be in danger.He decided still not to move
