Think Pink 1,967 Posted January 12, 2014 Can't be any worse than Windows 8, so I guess I'm excited in that respect.
Shulk 8,623 Posted January 12, 2014 I love how the article insults Windows 8. I'll be sticking with Windows 7, it's all I'll ever need.

Sovereign 15 Posted January 12, 2014 I use Windows 8.1, and I think it's pretty cool. I hate the flat UI that Windows 8 has and Windows 7 doesn't. TAKE US TO THE THRESHOLD!!!!!!!!!
Sorual 607 Posted January 12, 2014 i like windows 8 so windows 9 can only be better!
xxClouDxxmoon 901 Posted January 12, 2014 Windows 8 was horrible and a massive failure. I will see if anything has really changed when W9 comes out, otherwise I will once again stick with W7.
Cricket 1,180 Posted January 12, 2014 ew nooooo I hate having a OS that does not support the games I play and I finally got Sims 3 to work on windows 8....finally I'm not making a switch anytime soon... 1 Jilly Shears reacted to this
Number XV 490 Posted January 12, 2014 It has to be better than 8. It has to be.
Robin 206 Posted January 12, 2014 I'm still using 7 because half my programs went off their face with 8 but I didn't mind the interface hopefully 9 will be better
DragonMaster 1,166 Posted January 12, 2014 Eh, well, 8.1 fixed enough of the issues I had with 8 that I really don't feel the urge to upgrade, and I won't be getting a new computer any time soon. For the sake of those who just can't get behind 8(.1), however, I hope 9 turns out better.
Think Pink 1,967 Posted January 12, 2014 Windows 8 is amazing. Not if you have a non-touch screen computer. I think it's fine for tablets and stuff, but for a regular computer it's just extremely frustrating and I can't wait to get rid of it. Whatever Windows 9 is like, it'll definitely be an improvement for me. 1 Jilly Shears reacted to this

Think Pink 1,967 Posted January 13, 2014 Lol. My Ultrabook doesn't have a touch screen but it runs amazing. That's your opinion then, but most people I know dislike it, myself included. BTW, does anyone know if, since it's not coming out for a while, older versions of Windows will keep working? My dad always keeps the computer updated for work, so I've never had a computer that will be behind, but now that I have my own laptop I won't probably be getting 9--at least not immediately. Will Windows 8 still work okay?

Will Windows 8 still work okay? Because most people in this world hate change, it doesn't matter if it's an operating system, YouTube or whatever, people hate change and that's just sad. Change is good. Yes, of course. You can still run Windows Vista believe it not. Windows X/P support is only just (finally) ending this year.
