Ren dodged the blade."Easy..." He shot volts of electricity at the blade after dodging the line, short circuiting it.

Dropping the light saber, he dug the claymore in right where it left off. He slowed down somewhat, but he kept going fast and hard, rushing past the man, he doubled back and missed him again, making one more move back through, the lines he had made so far had created a sort of triangle shape that connected only after he ran to the last far corner. "Yo, Samurai Jack, can you give me a few more of those buff's?" He asked after completing the rather large triangle.

"Silence." He cast stopra on Ryone, and intensified his assaults.

"Silence." He cast stopra on Ryone, and intensified his assaults.

"He is stopped... Damn, he has time magic too!?" Derik thinks as he figures its just how it will have to be. He spotted the red katana shot out from earlier,he grabbed it, along with the two regular katanas he had from earlier as well, rushing to each point of the triangle he didn't have a blade in already, and jammed one of the regular katana's into the ground.

"Reflect." Ryonne muttered quietly before the spell could quite have an effect. The stopra was sent back to the caster, in this case, Ren. Ryonne still held his blade. He intended to get his sheath back. In a blink, Ryonne was alongside Ren. He grabbed the sheath, and used his opponent's grip on the weapon, to use it as a lever, throwing Ren. Ryonne kept his grip on the sheath firm, ripping it from the other's grasp. Ryonne glanced over to Derik, who was demanding more buffs. Ryonne sighed. "Blink." The spell would make the first three things that would have hit him inexplicably miss.

"Blink, huh?" Ren fired three shots at derik, missing all three. He then yanked the seath back, and preformed a crowbar move.

Harry just crossed his arms and rolled his eyes. "That guy makes more madder than a hatter. Girls should be treated with kindness, not how he treats them. The only time that girls shouldn't be treated with much kindness is when you are joking around with them, and that should only be in a good way." Harry said. He then looked at the sky. "Well anyways, if there are others, whose to say that they would even want to join up with us?" Harry asked.

"Now is the time." Derik thought, as the man was distracted, he ran to the sword closed to him at full speed,the red katana in hand, as he neared it, he leaped onto it's handle, the metal bent, and promptly nearly snapped from the pressure, but it curved back over in a sort of rubberband effect. He shot at the man as he was dealing with yanking the sheath away. His tragectroy had him shooting to the man's back and more aimed at the next sword as he brought the blade up and aimed it at the man's midsection as he shot at him. "The range of the blade should coverthe distance..." He thought. "And he is far too taken up with stealing the other man's sheath to notice this in time, there is no way he could dodge this unless he can move faster than himself, which wasn't likely.

"Gravity!" He got grazed by the shot, but used gravity to avoid the attack, shooting himself in the air. "You have started to provide a challenge..."

Ryonne had managed to grab the sheath back from his enemy while he was doing the crowbar strike. Then his opponent rocketed into the air. Ryonne took that chance, and jumped himself. Finding himself at Ren's level, Ryonne began to speak. "No kidding." Ryonne launched into a midair combo, making sure he didn't allow space for a counterattack before striking downwards with the sheath, hard enough to send Ren propelled to the ground.

Mes simply grinned as her comrades bantered about different subjects, before the matter of conversation turned to the other groups. "I don't know if they'd want to join us. But after all, we're all eaded towards the mountain right? We're bound to run into them all eventually." Mes spoke calmly, and logically, not joking around for once. She glanced up to the stars. "And I think others from our own worlds are here too. Maybe our friends, maybe our enemies. But I can feel them."

~~~~~~~~~
"You're a nice guy. I have no doubt you have someone who cares for you out there somewhere. Besides, the only reason I know I have a husband is because of this wonderful little piece of jewelry right here." Rija said, wagging the hand that held her wedding ring at Robert. "If you don't mind me asking, what was your first memory? Surely it's nice to know something about yourself, right?"
Ren had no choice but to guard the combo. Landing on the ground, he felt a new trick come to mind. He outstretched his hand, and tendrils of darkness encased him, Turing into an armored form. "Funny. I remember you being Enno... Whoever that is..." He threw volley after volley of blades at them.
Harry looked at Mes. "Yeah, I know what you mean. For some reason, I can feel that someone very important to me is here. I don't know who, but I guess I will find out soon enough. But for now, my family is shining bright in the sky, the stars." Harry said with a smile as he looked at the stars.
Rexon just stood in one place, not sure what to do.  He listened in on the conversation of those who were also awake.  Chuckling to himself, Rex thought:  Sounds like they're having a good time talking.  That's nice for them.  But, not so much for me.  Rex held out his right hand and Shining Truth appeared in it.  He examines it, trying to remember what he saw.  But nothing came to him.  Frustrated, he swings down on his right and mumbled:  "Still nothing.  What did I see in the dream?"
(Hey guys, do you mind hurrying things along at the death match?)
Robert paused for a moment, contemplating whether to tell Raja about his memory, before deciding he might as well tell her. "I was standing in front of my parents gravestones, when a man from child services came to take me away. Apparently, my only family member left, my uncle, didn't want me, because he suspected me of having strange powers. Heh, I guess he was right about that. It looked like I was only six or seven when it happened." Robert sighed, "After I received that memory, I didn't know if I wanted to know any more about myself, just in case the rest of my life was tragic, too. But as the hours passed by, I realized that deep down, I really wanted to know. After all, it's those memories that at least partially define how I became the person I am now, right?"
(This move should be the end of Josh's character, unless he is able to dodge this again somehow.)Derik was at the next sword already, the claymore, which had an oddly curved circle guard. He moved his feet into position and sprung off of it again, but also using the curve of the Katana's blade and the guard, before he took too far off he snagged and obtained the claymore as well, now he was aimed directly at the man from his behind as he shot the tendryls. This sword was closer to the man than the last, as it was the first one he set up and thus promptly hoped for this maneuver to work like it was as he lined the Claymore up for a stab in this dash and the Katana for blocking. Only thing holding him down was the fact he no longer had the Light saber and he couldn't kick off his boots for more speed, but he approached at a extreme rate of speed anyway. The only defense against this would be for him to see Derik, but from directly behind that was unlikely.
"Mmm... maybe... who knows?" Auron said discouraged. "I can´t feel anything like you...perhaps no one who I know is near..." he said while looking up to the stars. "but you know... maybe If we follow the path to that light... maybe I can feel anything... right? who knows for certain?"
(What happened is the reason that he placed the swords in a triangle pattern was so that he could springboard off of them. What happened is after you got into the air to avoid the slash as much as possible, he kept moving and sprung off of the blade, shooting at you from behind since he shot past you at first. Unless you spun around mid-air as you went with the jump with gravity, taking your eyes off of Ryonne, Derik would be behind you.)
Harry smiled. "Well I know one thing, follow the light and it will lead you to where you want to go. That is a saying that I found in my memory. It seems like if we just follow that light, we might be able to figure something out. But the real challenges are just ahead, they usually tend to be, at least I think. But if we can form this team into one powerful being, then we can make it through anything that comes our way. The reason why we weren't totally great at battling Sylar was because we were not working together like a real team, we all did our own thing, but if we can take that one thing that makes us all special and combine them, then we can make it home alive." Harry said. He then started to get a headache that hurt him to the point where he had to put a hand on his head. He saw a shadow figure in his mind of three people but couldn't make out who they were.
Ren was struck. Hard. He went flying. When he landed, another trap activated, trapping him in a cage.
And one competitor is down!
It's up to
Derik and Ryonne now to battle it out!
Ryonne looked to the other man. He held out his hand, and spoke. "Dispel." All of the buffs he had previously cast on his former teammate disappeared. Ryonne drew his blade slowly and dramatically, letting the sound of his blade sliding against the sheath fill the arena. Ryonne was trying to put on as good a show as possible. If he entertained this "audience" maybe it'd be a bit easier for him to get out alive. The swordsman narrowed his eyes at Derik, and kept his blade close to his body. "Zantetsuken."
Only a blur of motion, Ryonne had dashed practically through his opponent, stabbing him at a little under the speed of sound. He sheathed his blade, and looked behind him to see his handiwork.
"Damn, ya nicked me..." Derik cursed under his breath as he whispered that, the stab wound bleeding, it was on his side. "But that won't matter here..." He thinks. "Just keep him in the triangle for a while longer..." He thought, spinning around and slamming his foot into the arena floor, cracks appeared around the borders at which the triangle was made of. "If I c-can survive a few more moves... I can bring it to a draw..." He thought, readying his blades again, he decides that the area he was in was plentyfine for the final battleground, The floor's subtle shifts made this a bad position for both of them, seeing as they were swordsmen, but his weaponry training would give him a slight advantage. His coat was now back in his position, as it was where it had landed, he put it on and zipped it- a rare occasion. "I can block and dodge headshots, and my legs will be doing most of the moving, so my body needs to be avoiding damage as much as possible" he thought, the blade of both his weapons shined, but his blood dripped from his body. "Suppernautral powers... Why dose it always gotta be suppernatural powers...?" He found himself accidentally remarking, despite no reason or rhythm to doing so. He prepared his blades in a defensive stance, he knew he couldn't take more than maybe two more hits, even a super soldier has limits, but he had to last at least that long for his trap to set up and activate, hopefully.
Still standing. Impressive. Ryonne darted next Derik again, and slashed down. Ryonne kept the motion going, stabbing and slashing fluidly. He kept his mind empty, acting on instinct, gracefully using his sword as another limb, an extension of his will. Ryonne backed away, then stabbed inwards. He spun, kicking at the supersoldier. He ended his barrage of attacks, leaving himself slightly vulnerable for a moment before he recomposed himself.
Lucky for Derik, the coat was well constructed, and most of the stabs and slashes went at his body, and not legs or head, since he had his armor. Unluckly, that was were his body was harmed the most already. The impacts dealt were breaking the coat down, even with Derik doing his best to block. "I'm going to have to up my weights soon to keep up..." he thought in between guarding and taking blows, the downward strike got his ear, causing him to bleed profusely from his head, and the man kicked him in the stomach, but it left him open. "M-My chance..." He thought, instinct kicking in for himself, he took their close range to deliver a string of powerful kicks to the man's stomach, resulting in a kick he missed on pourpouse, as he brought the katana he had on his left up, he missed the slash and slammed the floor hard, this time causing the ground to become unstable due to all the damage done to it so far, and began to exhibit earthquake like property's until the floor itself cracked and raised up, not by much, but this made moving faster difficult due to so many bumps and holes in the ground, even agile fighters would be under some issue.(Yes, the point of the carved in triangle was this, to slow Ryonne down) "I can't last much longer, so let's end it here!" He thought, still up-close to Ryonne, he switched his hold of the blade over and sent a stab at Ryonne, if this hit, it would stab through Derik as well, fatally, and moving was nearly our of the question. He knew Ryonne would be impossible to defeat right now by himself without his proper weapons and full health, so the best he hoped he could do was a draw.
"Mmm maybe we should go and et some sleep. Tomorrow will be a hard day you know.... " Auron said as he looked at Mes and Harry. The previous day was long... but the very best of their ordeal was yet to come.
The stab impacted Ryonne. He knew it was over as soon as he felt the first wave of pain. He slumped. The wound wouldn't kill him, but he would definitely be incapacitated for now. As he left consciousness, he realized that Derik was falling as well. This was great. Fantastic you could say. It would be a draw.
And we have the result of our first
Memory Battles!
It appears to be a tie for first
between Ryonne and Derik!
They are dismissed now
Both with a shiny new memory!
The voice spoke. When his short speech ended, all three vanished in a flash of light, and found themselves asleep in their bedrolls, all their wounds healed, and equipment restored to former states.
~~~~~~~~

Mes smiled at Auron. "You're right. We still got a long journey ahead. We should get some rest." All the others spoke their agreements, and they all went back to their bedrolls, and went back to bed.

~~~~~~~~
Rija listened to Robert as he spoke of his memory. At the end of what he said, Rija nodded, her eyes still locked on the stars. "You're right." She said, turning her gaze back to him. "We all need to keep going, in order to figure out our identities, if not for ourselves, then to honor those we forgot." Rija glanced at her wedding ring. She would find him if it was the last thing she ever did. The soldier looked back up to Robert with a very slight smile on her face. "Anyway, we better get some rest. It was good to get to know you better Robert." She said, and Robert nodded in return. Rija crawled over towards her bedroll, and climbed in. She settled down, and let the sweet siren song of sleep take her away.
~~~~~~~~

The cock-a-doodle-doo of a rooster is heard all over the small world. Then the voice comes back on.

Morning all!

Welcome back to the Amnesia Games!

I hope you had a good amount of sleep,

Because you're going to need that energy!

Now, you will find a newcomer waking up among you

He/She is of no threat to you, I promise

They are merely a last minute participant.

Anyway, I'll be back soon with your latest quest.

The voice ended, as all woke up. Ryonne sat up, bleary eyed and sleepy. He had ben through a hard battle the night before, yet he was still here, and completely fine no less. Then Ryonne realized something. He could recall a memory! Ryonne thought back on it....

Ryonne was younger, but not by much. One or two years max. He watched as some sort of soldier marched around a town. His town. The younger him watched in awe as they walked in an orderly fashion, weapons at the ready. The leader of sorts barged into a home, and Ryonne could only watch in deepening disgust as they set the home on fire. He heard the screams of his neighbors... his friends. But these were Enforcers, there was no way he could fight back... Ryonne could only watch as the Enforcers continued this pattern. Finally they came across a man, who dared stand up to them. They struck him down easily. His body collapsed to the ground, and a younger girl ran crying to his body. Ryonne could feel tears coming to his eyes now. The Enforcers read something off a gauge of some sort, a darkness meter he realized, then vanished through a portal of light.

Ryonne flashed back to the present. The memory... it reminded him of his goal. He wanted peace, and though everyone had scoffed at him, Ryonne couldn't help but see the possibility of it. But now he had seen that. And now his hope faded....
