AnsemTheWise 1,114 Posted August 1, 2010 Man, this is hurting my head. The boss does exhibit signs of being a Nobody, though. When he summons his (her? it's?) blades, the Nobody trellis appears. In addition, it has the ability to "duplicate" itself, an ability exhibited by Larxene in FM+. I spent an hour-and-a-half going through all this with my cousin, and now I can't remember it all! Space Cowboy 1,392 Posted August 1, 2010 Ahhh, but look closely. I posted a picture earlier of the symbol on the blades. It's not the Nobody symbol. Look at this symbol, and look at the symbol on the blades closely. They look similar, but they are different.
Vector 4 Posted August 2, 2010 As it stands, I have two theories. Theory #1) I have my doubts about this one, since all of the hidden bosses are characters from a future game (Xenmas in FM, LS in FM+), but If its an existing character, I'm going to go out on a limb and say its Ansem The Wise. This is just pure speculation, but assuming that he has the ability to fight, we have not seen his fighting style, or weapon(s) for that matter. Its a long shot, i know, but i don't think its impossible. Theory #2) The more plausible theory is its someone from KH:3D, or maybe even KH:AD. The thing is though, is the Org coat. If the boss has a reason to wear it, then he has to be related to MX in some way. It could be because he's influenced by MX, friends with him, or maybe even a previous pupil. But if its not, i'm guess that Nomura is using a generic cloak to hide his identity, like how they used the armor to hide TAV's identity, since they were still designing them at the time. The thing is though, we don't know anything about this man. We don't know if he's fought during the story, if its an Aqua only battle, or anything. All we really know is his appearance, his DW'ing blades, and the fact that he can nearly one-shot you. Take it however you wish though, but that's my two cents. Feel free to dissect my theories.. In fact, i encourage people to. I want to see other people's takes on my far-fetched theories. Then I look at the build of the mystery person, and ATW in his black cloak and the mystery guy HAVE THE SAME BUILD (imo). Even though i contradict my theory by saying/asking this, but don't the coats auto adjust in size to fit the user's body?
Space Cowboy 1,392 Posted August 2, 2010 Yes, they auto adjust to fit the users body, which makes it easier somewhat compare the builds of some people. When you see a whole group of Org. Members, of course you wouldn't be able to tell who is who by just looking at their bodies, but once they reveal their faces, the coat still fits them, but each of them have diverse bodies and fighting styles, and the secret boss as the same body type as AtW. Fighting style wise, many people have said, we don't know how ATW fights

And about him fighting, I'm not so sure that he DOES fight. But it could be, for one reason or another, he has his back against a wall so to speak, and aqua was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time. But i guess we won't know for sure for quite a bit of time, seeing as i have my doubts that it'll be fully explained who/what he is solely from BBS. legendkiller222 22 Posted August 6, 2010 My theory is a huge stretch but I think its Sora. Sora after he turns evil. Nomura said that Sora was getting closer to the darkness before. The eternal blades could be used to take a heart from someone thus the reason Xemnas uses it. And Sora maybe wants to take hearts due to the fact that he can be a vessel for them and utilize their powers like he does with Ven. Therefore, Sora now wants to go back in time to defeat Aqua and take her heart so he can be a master and also this would prevent her from helping anyone because if she returns Ven's heart to him most likely he won't be able to wield a keyblade or one as powerful as the kingdom key. Ven 4 Posted August 6, 2010 You know what guys. I just realized the answer. It's obvious. It's another Sora lookalike. I strongly second this. We already have five Soras, so it's gotta be number six.

Space Cowboy 1,392 Posted August 6, 2010 Wait wait wait. How many Sora's were in the 3D trailer? Off-topic, but those may have been his connections. 8 Soras..

hatok 6,413 Posted August 6, 2010 Okay, so we have Sora, weighing in at 20 Sora's I bet they make that a unit of measurement in the future. Geeze. once you realize how many Sora's there are, the 'It being Sora' thing actually sounds likely o.O
Ven 4 Posted August 6, 2010 I strongly second this. We already have five Soras, so it's gotta be number six. 8 if you're counting Ven and Vanitas ^^ Sora himself, Roxas, Xion, Ventus and Vanitas make five to me. Who else do you mean? Data Sora doesn't actuaaally count imo. He's data after all. But I could imagine counting Namine to these Soras. She's Sora's Nobody after all... But that still makes only six. Reversal 53 Posted August 7, 2010 You may or may not encounter my analysis on this with humor or not here. http://kh13.com/mybb/showthread.php?tid=8643 It was...okay. The humor didn't appeal to me. Though if you're using matryoshka dolls, the concept would work better if you replaced Namine with Ven, what with Namine being in Kairi and all. /serious. :x
Ven 4 Posted August 7, 2010 But I wouldn't want to put him in twice.. Well, of course she has a stronger connection with Kairi, but she emerged from Sora's body(!) after all. But I think if we did a Aqua -> Kairi -> Namine -> Xion -> ? chain, she'd fit better there...haha
Reversal 53 Posted August 7, 2010 Lol You should totally do a Riku-->Terra-->Master Eraqus-->Master Xehanort-->Apprentice Xehanort-->Ansem SoD-->Xemnas chain.
