SoraBlade 832 Posted June 12, 2013 (edited) SPECTUALATIONS! Viola will have a Vilvillon Spewpa Well...we don't have anymore pokemon yet, if this follows Black and White 1...how Gym Leaders have only the gen's pokemon... Furabebe (JAP) Fairy Type It beats Tynamo at being the lightest and smallest pokemon alive. It's actually NOT part of the flower, but it's like a hermit crab in the sense. (Imagining this pokemon without the flower makes it CUTE!) Simbaflare Okay. Not really. Shishiko (JAP) Fire/Normal Type I'd post the Others, but...I'll let someone else do them. So...Spewpa is the middle form of the Vilvillon line. WE GOT OUR GEN 6 BUTTERFREE GAIZ! 1st scan: Shishiko is the Lion Cub Pokemon and is Fire/Normal. It learns a new attack called War Crywhich lowers the target's Attack. This Pokemon has a temper, is quickto fight, and lives in packs. When they become stronger, they leavetheir packs to go live alone. The red bang on its head emits heat. ThisPokemon was first shown last night at the X/Y roundtable. 2nd scan: Furabebe, the Lone Flower Pokemon, is a Fairy-type.It can learn Fairy Wind. When this Pokemon is born, it looks for aflower and stays with it for its entire life. There may be Furabebe thatare holding on to different flowers in the games. 3rd scan: Vivillon has two pre-evolutions named Kofukimushi and Kofuurai (one of these is Spewpa). Both are Bug-type. 4th scan: Pansy (left) will appear in the TV show on July 18th with a Gogoat and Helioptile. She's a photographer from Lumiose City. Viola (right) is the Gym Leader of Hakudan City. She specializes in the Bug-type. She carries a video camera around. 5th/6th scan: Asame Town is the starting town. The characters shown are from left to right Toroba, Tieruno, and Sana(Sana resembles one of the characters from an earlier trailer who'sfollowing you in the forest). All three are from Asame Town, begin theirPokemon journeys with you, and you befriend them at the beginning ofthe story. You also befriend the opposite-gender character, who iseither Callum if you play as a girl or Serena if you play as a boy (in Japanese, at least). He or she lives next door to you. Shana09 5,769 Posted June 12, 2013 (edited) EVs and IVs will be more visible? Oh boy it better be literally visable and I'll be a happy customer! Pokemon can be transferred. Well Darkrai and friends, it's that time of year again. More info from Serebii, but not posting because you guys can type that. Well looks like another ugly Pokemon to add to my list; a mutated Sunflora. (Furabebe) Sana and friends, meh a obese, a ginger, and a Mei wannabe. Bug gym leader confirmed: Viola. Where mah Dark gym leader? The first batch of CoroCoro information is seemingly released, though unconfirmed at this time, and this batch showcases more information on the upcoming games, Pokémon X & Y with thanks to gin and StreetsAhead for translation. In this small portion of a scan, it shows a new character called Sana (サナ), who appears to be the character who follows you in the forest within the early trailer. Another image shows a character called Pansy (パンジー), who appears in the anime with Gogoat & Helioptile on July 18th, and the first Gym Leader we know of called Viola (Literally Biora ビオラ), who appears to be a bug Gym Leader in Hakudan City (ハクダンシティ)13:17: Vivillon's pre-evolutions have been revealed as Kofukimushi (コフキムシ) & Kofuurai ( コフーライ) which should be called Spewpa based on yesterday's information, both of which are Bug-types 13:20: The Lion Cub Pokémon is called Shishiko (シシコ) and is Fire/Normal-type which has a move called Battle Cry which lowers the opponent's attack. It is 0.6m and 13.5kg The flower is Furabebe (フラベベ), the Lone Flower Pokémon, and is Fairy-type and knows the move Fairy Wind. It is 0.1m and 0.1kg 13:25: Starting town is called Asame Town (アサメタウン) and has three characters including Sana, Tieruno and Toroba who are all starting out at the same time as you. You just moved to Asame Town and the other gender character appears in your game known as Callum or Serena respectively. You also appear to have a Rhyhorn live in your front garden Edit @ 14:04: Added the New Pokémon to the New Pokémon page More like copy and paste. Not really a mutated Sunflora, in fact its a flower AND a little cute thing on top of it which is clingy to the flower. It looks like two separate organisms. The obese will probably be the generic anime slow-comedy guy. The ginger looks like he is all smug and smart. Sana seems like she is the cheery one. I like these 3, they seem great. Not bad at all. I wont lie Sana does look very similar to Mei, but it's no biggy. Viola being the Bug gym leader seems nice. I like her appearance a lot. Now for my opinion... - I think they finally made a butterfly Pokémon that LOOKS like it's previous evolutions. And they look decent but Vivilion just looks beautiful and thats what matters. - Shishiko...I don't know what to say. I expected more for a lion cub, it doesn't have to be a DIRECT obvious lion cub, more like a little feline cub thing. But I guess it's because it's a Fire/Normal type. Wont say much till it fully evolves, because it has potential for being a Lion. Hope it drops the Normal type unless it goes all Sawsbuck. - Furabebe looks adorable. I can't say much more, it looks wonderful. - Pansy and Viola look great too. - Sana and Friends are really an interesting group, I can't wait for the smug, comedy and energetic attitudes. WhiteCrow 55 Posted June 12, 2013 At E3, we learned about Pokemon X and Y, and that a new monster type would be joining the series — the Fairy type. This means all your battle strategies will have to be reconfigured, mainly to take Marill into account.Pokemon developer Game Freak says they're introducing fairy types in an attempt to balance the game a little more. Turns out, Dragon-types are significantly over-powered, so the Fairy type will be SUPER EFFECTIVE against them. Also, as of this moment, Clefairy hasn't been announced as a fairy type. Clefairy. That's like if Galactus, Eater of Worlds didn't eat worlds. This is the first time a new Pokemon type has been announced in 14 years. There have always been rumors of a new Pokemon type every generation. So it sure seems like Pokemon players have been waiting for an announcement like this for years.Waiting that long for anything will make it feel all the more important when it finally does come. Is this the new type of Pokemon going to change your game? Note: The pokémon reconfigured to fairy-type are: Jigglypuff, Gardevoir, Sylveon and Marill. Shana09 5,769 Posted June 12, 2013 Donno... Hopefully the quarter of people who didn't like Gen 5 will like this gen. Many people like this Generation so much, I never heard a single complaint. Gen 5 is wonderful though. I like the lion cub, but I hope it evolves into something super cool. A flaming mane would be awesome. Also, when the heck are we getting an actual tiger Pokémon? Arcanine is a Dog but it kind of resembles a tiger. Raikou is a Tiger. Luxray is based off a European Lion/Lynx. Entei is a Lion. Soooooo having a tiger has been done, and Raikou is an ACTUAL Tiger like Entei is an ACTUAL Lion.
SoraBlade 832 Posted June 12, 2013 Pancham evolves into Pangoro in the early level 30s. In order to evolve Pancham into Pangoro, you need to have one other Dark-type Pokemon in your party. Pangoro's type is Fighting/Dark. A Pokemon named Inkay evolves into Malimar. To evolve it, you have to hold your 3DS upside-down when it levels up (the 3DS has an accelerometer and gyroscope, so it can detect that). Malimar's type is Dark/Psychic. A Psychic-type Pokemon named Espurr (ESP + purr) evolves into Meowstick (Meow + mystic?). (Sounds like Psychic-type cats. Meowstick's name sounds too similar to Meowth to me though.) Like in B/W you have two rivals - one is friendly and the other is competitive. Your rival that is more friendly gives you his/her fully evolved starter Pokemon after you beat the game. Another professor named Sycamore gives you either Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle. Even though it shows the player riding on a Gogoat in the new trailer, players can't ride on their own Pokemon. What was shown is just an alternate way of getting around Lumiose City and it only works with Gogoat. HMs still exist but there's a lot less of them. Players will be able to see their Pokemon's EVs (probably through the same in-game facility mentioned in the other post). A new move, Belch, is a Poison-type attack that has a base power of 120. The user must consume a held Berry to perform it. Draining Kiss is a Fairy-type attack that heals the user for the same amount of damage performed. It has a base power of 60. If the previously revealed forme of Mewtwo can be said to look roughly similar to Mewtwo's original design, the second supposed form of Mewtwo can be said to look roughly/vaguely similar to Mew's design. In case you missed our correction the other day, the Starters' final evolutions are Fire/Psychic, Grass/Dark, and Water/Fighting. These confirmed fake? I think so. Shana09 5,769 Posted June 13, 2013 That's still nice to know. BUT It also said that Gogoat is the only rideable Pokémon, which is false since Rhyhorn is also rideable as well. That doesn't mean all the information is true. There is a theory that there might be a Dragon Type Eeveelution since they all come in pairs. Plus it would go with Gen II when they released TWO types to make Psychic more frail since it was so powerful. And what happened? We got Umbreon, the Dark Eeveelution that is new to Gen II, and Espeon, the Psychic Eeveelution that is degraded. Also Eeveelutions go by Special Attack, such as Fire, Water, Electric, Ice, Grass, Dark, Psychic and Dragon. Fairy might be a Special Attack type as well. Guess what? Fairy was made to make Dragon more frail, like Dark types were made to make Psychics more frail. Plus Psychic moves are immune to Dark types. And if the whole rumour is true, Fairy type is strong and immune against Dragon types. Umbreon (Immune to Psychic moves) => Espeon (Weak against Dark type moves) Sylveon (Immune to Dragon Moves) => Draceon (Dragon Eeveelution) (Weak against Fairy moves). 1 unLock reacted to this

What pokemon are ones that will be in your team as of now, you guys? When I see Shishiko's Evo (if it has any, which it SHOULD, cause it looks like one to have an evo.) Shana09 5,769 Posted June 14, 2013 (edited) Furabebe, Clauncher, Vivillon, and Flametalon will be on my team at least twice for sure. Vivillon...will be more...Furabebe....more...I'm choosing Fennekin! What pokemon are ones that will be in your team as of now, you guys? When I see Shishiko's Evo (if it has any, which it SHOULD, cause it looks like one to have an evo.) Fennekin is so going to be on my team, she is just the best. Hopefully she is Fire/Psychic. Vivillon will be on my team BUT probably not for long, butterfly Pokémon can only do so much for so long. Talonflame might be on my team, but I already have a Fire type so that's questionable. Clauncher might be on my team if it evolves into a Mantis shrimp and is a Water/Electric or or Water/Fire due to what its Pokédex entry is and what a Pistol Shrimp does. Furabebe might be there, and it will evolve. It's a Fairy Baby Pokémon as it says in its name, so there has to be a "Fairy Adult" (Furadalta?). Not sure if I'd keep it because of the next Pokémon. Motherfiretrucking Sylveon will be there. It's just so pretty and amazing and it's the gangleader of every Fairy type and will kick Dragon-ass. Shishiko might only be there if it evolves into a Manticore (which is a bad ass Lion mashed with a scorpion tale with bat wings). It could be Fire/Poison with Levitate. If it's Fire/Flying then I am done with that Pokémon. Though, I do have Fennekin, I will probably keep this badass at one point just incase. Skrelp seems to have a potential of being the meth-addicted Kingdra. Meaning we might get a Weedy Sea Dragon (Kingdra is a Leafy Sea Dragon) as an evolution and it would probably be Water/Dragon or even better Poison/Dragon. Watch there be triple types lmao. Pancham might be there, it looks amazing so I'd love to have it. The rumour is that it might be a Fighting/Dark so I'd like to keep it since it might be useful. Gogoat is being there for being a Gogoat. Helioptile seems like it will evolve into an Electric/Dragon which seems pretty perfect if you ask me. Noivern might be in my team as a replacement for Talonflame since I need a person with Fly. But if I have Helioptile future evolution and possibly Skrelp's future evolution being both Dragon then that will be difficult. So my team so far is... Fennekin Sylveon Clauncher Gogoat Pancham Helioptile But I'm going to do a Gen V BW2 thing where I keep on switching my Pokémon team so I can enjoy each Pokémon. Like switching most of my team after each gym. Edited June 14, 2013 by Shana09
