Why does look like the shape of a star? lol so far I'm liking the news Pokemon showed us this morning.

 

Also mountain to the top-right reminds me of Mt. Silver, except there's fog/clouds/steam. (of whatever it is)

I think the mountain on the top right is the Pokemon League....I wonder If all the Elite Four is going to be new or if some old Elite Four members would come back like in Johto......oh wait the Pokemon league in Gen 2 was the Indigo Plateau from Gen 1.............but still I want Agatha back

There is rumor that now you can see EVs and IVs normally through the game without a cheating device like previous games,and you can see it through a certain place in the game where you can max your EVs through a Mini-game

It's shaped as France, so you technically called France a star.

 

 

So lets sum the news:

 

- English name of the Karos Region is the Kalos Region

- English name of Yayakomo (The Japanese Robin Pokémon thats a Normal/Flying type) is named Fletchling

- English name of Gogoat is Gogoat (The Ridable Goat Pokémon only ridden in Lumiose City, which is gigantic) 

- English name of Elikiteru (The Generation Pokémon thats a Electric/Normal type) is Heiloptile

- English name of Yancham (The Naughty Pokémon, which is a Panda and a Fighting type) is Pancham

- English name of Miare City, which is located at the center of the Kalos Region, is Lumiose City

- English name of Parting Remark (which decreases the opponents Attack and Special Attack stats and you switch out) is called Parting Shot

- English name of Parabola Charge (which is an Electric type move that attacks the opponent then heals your self for 50% of the damage) is now Parabolic Charge

- It's confirmed that you can get new outfits and accessories for your character throughout the game for him/her to wear!

- Diagonal movement is confirmed as well!

- Some of the names of the Pokémons and the moves have gone beyond the 10th and 12th limit, which must mean they increased the name limit.

Also did anyone notice that Unova's northern part is connected to an Unknown land and Kalos right area is connected to an Unknown region?

We all know Unova was Gen I all over again, does that mean Kalos is Gen II and will include both regions?

 

 

Also I hope the city is more livelier that they have shown in the trailer, but I'm so happy they improved the quality.

This would be awesome. And very surprising to be able to see Unova in 3D too.

I kinda hope they'll add Hoenn since we all know remakes of RubySaphire is gonna happen anyway,I need to visit that region again so I may have a chance to like Gen 3

 

I doubt that they might add Unova,we've been there two times already and I honestly think they'll add Hoenn if they're ever gonna add a second region

For God's sake how stupid it is that some people think that character additions are milking??? Seriously I fought Cynthia in Black and White 12 and I loved her inclusion but she wasn't the reason I bought Black and White.

 

I don't know what's gonna happen with those Milkers if the champion you'll fight in the Karos region turns out to be Red or Hilbert(from Black and White)

Okay I remember seeing this on Saturday and was conflicted on whether this is true or not, but it's the same person who leaked the entire BW Pokédex beforehand. Yesterday he leaked the English names of the 4 Pokémon that were announced before, and guess what, they were correct. 

So I'm just going to put it here, feel free to see it and discuss about it. 

 

 

Back in February we were contacted by an individual who claimed to have X and Y insider information. Of course, our standard policy is to immediately doubt anyone like this and ignore them. However, the person was able to present several facts about their first-party source that we were able to verify and, without going into too many details, no normal individual would have ever even known about the existence of said original source were they not initiated (although there was some scant information about it on the Internet that proved the source existed). While mostly convinced that this person was the real deal, we decided to not post any of their information until we could know for sure whether or not one piece of their information was real.

Then in late April, Hiro, the guy who leaked several Black and White Pokemon before they were revealed, revealed that there would be a new type in Xand Y called Fairy. That's funny, I thought. The source who contacted us back in February had also mentioned a new Fairy type. I resisted every urge to post the news that the February source had e-mailed us because, for all I knew, it was the same source giving information to Hiro and could still be fake. Plus, there was still nothing about their news that had been officially confirmed yet. While I tried to contact Hiro to ask him about his source, he never got back to me, and thus I was unable to figure out if his source was the same as mine or different altogether. Although the source did claim that they had only approached me, I still wanted to be cautious. Thus, I decided again to not post any of the info.

Then this morning, CoroCoro finally gave us the first major X and Y details since the games were first announced. Among those details was one tiny little tidbit that the source had first told me about in February - that there would be a new Electric move that drains its opponent's HP. This was the only attack that the person had told me about in February, and yet it is such a specific detail to make up. For that information to be verified three months later seems to indicate that the source is the real deal (unless they are just really good at guessing).

I want to emphasize that under the worst case scenario, I am still somehow, some way, being duped. It would not be the first time to tell you the truth, and all Pokemon webmasters have fallen for fake news before. Thus, I want everyone to take this news with a grain of salt until it is actually verified by Pokemon. If it is verified, then yay, we will be able to post other news this source has sent us since February and up until today. What you will see below is a sampling of some of the news the source has sent since February.

TL;DR - The source seems to be genuine, but still take the information below with a grain of salt. We are classifying it as unconfirmed. Do not soil our beach sand with red liquid if it turns out to be fake.

• Fairy will be a new type. It is weak to Poison and Steel, immune to Dragon, super effective against Dragon, Dark, and Fighting, and Fire and Psychic-type Pokemon take half damage from it.
• Sylveon is Fairy-type. Some older Pokemon will be reclassified to Fairy, such as Mawile (Steel/Fairy).
• Mewtwo has two new formes, not just one. Both are activated via items.
• The professor's English name is Patrice.
• The Starter final evolutions are Fire/Psychic, Grass/Fighting, and Water/Dark.
• The first Gym is Bug, the second is Fairy, and the fourth is Fighting.
• A few attacks will be dual-typed.
• There will be a new type of battling style that Flying-type Pokemon and Pokemon with Levitate can participate in.
• You will be able to see a Pokemon's EVs at a certain in-game facility. You will be able to boost the EVs through mini-games. It will take about two hours to get one stat to max EVs.

The source has sent us a lot more information since then, including several English Pokemon names, but again, I'm not going to post any of it until something more substantial than an attack effect is verified. I don't want to look like a complete fool if all of this is fake. If Fairy type and anything else above comes to be true in the next few weeks, I'll put up the rest of the information. If all of this is fake, well, at least I didn't let a potential good source go to waste - at least I tried to deliver potentially real and substantial news.

About seeing the EV's and IV's I just saw that recently. I don't care if fairy is new type it fit slyveon perfectly and I will have a new type and I will be able to love slyveon for it's originality. However, Mawile steel/fairy, I mean fairy! I guess it could work. anyway this new information is very interesting due to all the stuff I just saw on Tumblr and uploaded.

The only problem I have is dual-type attacks and the starter evolutions. The typings are amazing, but now thinking about it Fennekin can obliterate Chespin, Chespin can obliterate Froakie, and Froakie can obliterate Fennekin. I still like the typings, but it would make more sense if it was like Sinnoh where one starter can take down two of the other starters (Torterra can take down Empoleon for being a Water type, and Torterra can take down Infernape for being a Fighting type. Infernape can take down Torterra for being a Grass type, and Infernape can take down Empoleon for being a Steel type. Empoleon can take down Torterra for being a Ground type, and Empoleon can take down Infernape for being a Fire type.)

 

Though I still love them anyways.

EVs and IVs visable? I must be dreaming if it ends up true. I think I might go back to RNG abusing. (Makes it 1-2 steps easier) If its just EVs, meh it's not hard to determine how much you got.

 

I think fairy-only egg group Pokemon will get an addition. I can't see "fairy" or whatever type it is working with other fairy egg groups. (As most already have a secondary type.)

I really doubt that they would ever change Jirachi from Steel to fairy
