Keyblade transformations

I think it would be pretty cool to see each of the seven guardians of light(E.g Lea back into his chakrams at will, Kairi's into a bow) transform their Keyblade into something different. It may not be possible because of the need to be at a certain skill level, but how would feel if this was the case?

 

It would be pretty trippy if the Keyblade could transform into a chainsaw/chainsword

The original design for Sora's Keyblade was a chainsaw, so i think it could happen.

Well, we know Terra's becomes a cannon, Aqua's was supposed to become a bow, but that was scrapped, Lea's could become something resembling his Chakrams, Riku's could become a double bladed KeyBlade similar Ansem SoDs Soul Eater. Each of Sora's (and pobably Riku's as well as any other playable character) key chains have a different transformation. As for Ven, Kairi, Roxas, Xion Eaqus Namine and Mickey, I have no idea.

I'm just wondering if they'll transform into vehicles capable of space travel like in BBS.

Well, Kairi is aquas successor is makes sense hers could be a bow. Plus, I think it would suit her. With Ven, isn't wingblade a transformation?

If they're Keyblades turn into different weapons, then Roxas' could turn into a Katana since Roxas is in charge of the Samurai nobody and samurai often used Katana.Xion's could become scimitars like those she used in her Agraba stage.

I've just been wondering that where and when was it told that keyblades can transform into something else..? I feel that I've missed something big and I'm not sure how that's possible.. Or have I just fogot..? I'm confused. When did Terra's keyblade turn into a cannon?

I don't know. If the keyblade is the ultimate weapon, isn't having it imitate other weapons a bit odd?
