HELP!

Ok, I need some real help here. I've been sitting on my stool all day at work. Now my butt hurts. So like...Do I do like a butt flex thing? Would that help? Or does working your butt like that just make it hurt more. Kinda like when you work out. Your muscles get sore? Maybe if I did butt flexes it would help in the long run. But I don't think that would really help at the moment. Probably make it worse. Help out here! I'm not sure what to do... :/
