Image Without a heart, without love........

(This is a story made for a challenge for Tirain pieces the RP. As such, it will feature my RP character from Tirain, along with other RPers to help make the story flow. Hope you enjoy! )

 

The heartless were swarming the world, endless waves rushing the keyblade wielders, all pouring out from a portal that linked to the Realm of Darkness. All the while, a cloaked figure stood on the sidelines,

 

Brooklyn, Ovan, Detok, Silvia, Kyle, Fiora, Mes and Brandon were all in a circle, facing out to the heartless swarming them.

 

"Damn! They just keep coming!" yelled Brooklyn. "WE NEED A STRATEGY!" He continued to slash at the heartless, alternating between aerial and ground strikes, and using Blizzard to take out larger chunks of enemies. Silvia did a spin attack to disperse the heartless around her and yelled out to the others. "OK, I have a plan, LISTEN CAREFULLY!" She quickly jumped into the air and did a stab strike into the ground making a shockwave to take out a chunk of the heartless and buy some time to explain the plan.

 

"Ok, if we want to survive this, we have to take out the Hooded man. If we don't, we're going to get overwhelmed." She quickly threw her keyblade out towards the heartless in front of her and summoned it back to buy a little more time. "This is what we do. Ovan, Detok, Mes and I will try to draw the heartless away, while Brandon, Brooklyn, Kyle and Fiora go after that cloaked extremist and try to take him down by alligning their strikes so that each second, the cloaked figure is being attacked by one of the 4 and is unable to react. Ok?"

 

The others continued using Magic and slashing at the heartless, while they tried to think of any problems with the plan. But they all decided to go along with it. "Ok" Said Silvia. "3, 2, 1, GO!" Silvia ran towards the portal of darkness and when the heartless came out of it, she would use spin attacks to knock them far away from the Cloaked figure, while Ovan, Mes and Detok took care of the ones that were knocked away by Silvia.

 

Brooklyn, Kyle, Fiora and Brandon rushed towards the Cloaked figure, who summoned his keyblade as they ran towards him. Kyle opened up with a jumping strike similar to Blitz, attacking from above. The Man easily evaded his strike, but while distracted, Fiora took the opportunity to quickly strike at his feet and knock him off balance. Brooklyn then did an upward strike to knock the man into the air and Brandon followed up with jumping into the air and doing a downward strike to send the man falling towards the earth.

 

The man stopped his descent 10 feet from the ground and pointed his keyblade into the air. "ETERNAL BANE!" His keyblade started glowing white at the tip, and he started twirling the keyblade in his hand, sending out rapid shots of high level Fire, Thunder and Blizzard spells all over the place. The wielders quickly reacted by guarding and reflecting shots at the man, and quickly dodging out of the way of the shots, alternating between the 2 actions. After a minute, the man ceased to continue his attack, and took this opportunity to create 3 clones of himself, and send them to fight 3 of the wielders, while the real one took on Fiora.

 

One clone struck Kyle in the stomach, and quickly launched him into the air, and fired 3 shots of Firaga at him. Kyle retaliated with Twirling his keyblade fast to act as a shield and reflect the shots away from him. Meanwhile, Brooklyn and the other clone ravenously clashed blades with each other, neither being able to get a strike in. The last clone did a fast flurry of attacks towards Brandon, who got hit a few times, but managed to pull a reversal and slide behind the clone, and did a powerful slashing strike through the clone, knocking him away from Brandon.

 

Meanwhile, Fiora battled with the real Cloaked man, clashing blades and cartwheeling out of the way of the strikes from him. She shot 3 fire shots which were all blocked by the man. "Hmph. And here i thought you would be more of a challenge. Such a waste." Fiora was unaffected by this. "Like i care what you think, you're only here to plunge the worlds into darkness, AND I WON'T LET YOU!" She cartwheeled a few feet a way and grasped her keyblade with both hands and lifted it higher into the air. She slowly brought it down and teleported away. He appeared behind the man, and did 2 strikes, teleported in front of him and did another 3 strikes, and teleported above to do a finishing strike, but the man evaded the strike and teleported above her. "Nice try." He kicked her in the back and sent her sprawling into the ground. She grunted as she hit the ground, and he descended to the ground. He slowly walked towards her.

 

Kyle was being followed in mid air by the clone, reversing quickly to dodge strikes but getting hit by some of them. Ok, i gotta end this, now. Kyle did another reversal behind the clone and did a strike to send him flying down, and he followed suit, with his keyblade pointing at the clone, and when said clone hit the ground, Kyle's blade impaled it, causing it to dissolve in darkness.

 

Brooklyn quickly did a kick towards the man's feet and knocked him off his feet, and quickly did 2 strong side strikes connecting to the man, and gathered light energy with his keyblade, making it glow and radiate. He then pointed it into the air and beams of light split off in every direction, directly hitting the clone and destroying it.

 

Brandon quickly followed up his strike at the clone with a barrage of throwing his keyblade and resummoning it, to continually stun the clone. "YOU'RE DONE!" He twirled the keyblade and put it behind his back and surged towards the clone with the keyblade pointing at him. "ZANTETSKUKEN!" He ripped through the clone, which dissapeared in darkness.

 

The Real Cloaked figure grabbed Fiora by the throat and readied his keyblade. "You will be my pawn after this." He threw her forward and ran quick to catch up to her, pointing his keyblade in the position so he would stab her in the heart. Brandon saw this as it occured. "FIORA, NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" He quickly dashed in front of Fiora and got impaled by the cloaked man's keyblade, yelling in pain, while Fiora fell to the ground. She looked up and saw Brandon getting hit. "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" A heart with a bluish light emerged from his body and floated high into the sky. Silvia, Ovan, Mes and Detok looked over, and saw Brandon falling to his knees, but could not get to him, with all the heartless swarming them.

 

The man removed his keyblade from Brandon's body, and Brandon dropped to his knees, emotionless. Fiora ran towards Brandon, while the cloaked figure opened a corridor of darkness and left, hugging his body. The heartless dissapeared into the darkness, and the portal to the realm of darkness closed, allowing Silvia and the others to rush to Brandon's aid. Brooklyn and Kyle rushed to him aswell. Tears started to stream down Fiora's face, as she cradled Brandon. "Why........WHYYYYYYYYY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!" She buried her face into Brandon's arm, and his body dissapeared in a flash of light. Silvia covered her mouth, while the others looked down solemnly. Brooklyn walked over to Fiora and put a hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry Fiora, i miss him too. He sacrificed himself for you, and he will be missed." He made clenched his fist in anger, and starting shaking a bit. "That.....That MONSTER!" He stabbed his keyblade into the ground. "We're going to find him.......And destroy him. We are going to avenge Brandon, don't worry Fiora. We will honor his sacrifice." Fiora continued to look down on her knees, tears quietly streaming down her face. The others looked away, in silence and sadness aswell.

A 15 year old Teen woke up in a strange world, with dark buildings and it was night. He looked around wildly, curious of where he was. What is this place? He tried to remember anything that happened prior to him waking up, but couldn't remember anything. A corridor of darkness appeared and a cloaked figure walked out of it. "You are now one without a heart. You are a Nobody, one without a heart, and no feelings." The teen looked curiously at the man, as if he'd though that he'd seen him before. But he decided to trust what he said, but looked down. "I....I don't remember anything. I don't even know who i am now." The man put a hand on the teen's shoulder. "I can help you regain your heart, if you trust me, and help me with my plans." The teen looked up, a small bit of hope flooding through him. But he cautiously backed away. "And why should i trust you?"

 

The man immediately summoned a keyblade, startling the teen, and he automatically summoned his keyblade aswell. He looked at it curiously, and saw that it was the same as the blade the cloaked figure had summoned. "Because.....We are the same. We are wielders of this blade, known as the keyblade. And i can help you to regain your former self, if you promise to help me." He looked at the teen.

 

The teen debated in his mind, and after thinking for a few minutes, came to a desicion. "Ok, i'll help you. But, i'm going to need a new name." The man quickly summoned white letters, facing towards him and away from the teen, arranged in an order so that they said "Brandon". He quickly rearranged them, adding an X. "You will be known, as "Brondaxn".
