Tails 6,690 Posted November 25, 2013 My official review of Super mario 3D World. Please note that everything that I say about this game is all in my opinion. Anyway, Iet's move onto the main topic of this thread, shall we? Story: Unlike previous Mario games, Peach does not get captured in this new 3D Mario title. Instead, you have to save these new creature called Prixies. The game's story is a little different. But still kind of simiar to previous games except that this time you don't save Peach this time. In fact, she's actually playable in this new 3D Mario adventure. But still, story isn't all that important in the game. Gameplay: The gameplay is very similiar to that of Super Mario 3D World. Except that instead of just playing as Mario, you also get to play as Luigi, Peach, and Toad. This really makes 3D World more enjoyable to play with your friends. I've really enjoyed playing as Toad and Luigi as I was playing the game with a friend of mine. it really made going through levels a lot more fun and interesting since I had a buddy to play it with. Nintendo should definitely bring back this kind of multiplayer in future 3D Mario games. it really gives you a reason to play through the game again if you have friends over at your house or vice versa. The gameplay was definitely the peak of 3 World. Best multiplayer expererience I've ever had in a Mario game. The music was also great as well. With some of the music reminding me a bit of Galaxy 1 & 2. Graphics: The graphics in this game is great. The graphics in the game looks like a slight improvement from the Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360's graphics. I'm not saying grahics are everything but for a Wii U game, This game looked really nice graphics wise. And I look forward to seeing how other games look graphically on the Wii U Verdict: I give this game a 9/10 for great gameplay, fun multiplayer, fantastic music and really nice graphics, If you're looking for a good game for the Wii U. I really recommend buying this game for those who are buying a game along with a Wii U. So tell me, what did you think of this review? Was it good? Was It bad?
