advfox 698 Posted November 12, 2013 (edited) I'm not very good at explaining things, and a friend of mine needs to know how to get the Safe Mode to remove a virus on Microsoft Windows 7. It's a very simple process to me, but he isn't all too experienced with computers, and honestly doesn't know how to get anything done. This is important, since I only have until Christmas time to help him before he pays an expensive price for a new computer. The reason I'm posting this here is because he doesn't seem to understand the instructions I gave him, and the instructions on various pages are too complicated for him. Could any of you create a very simple, easy to understand explanation to get to Safe Mode on Windows 7? Any help would be appreciated. Sora96 17,256 Posted November 12, 2013 http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-vista It's basically the same for every OS. Very easy to enter. I'd detail it myself but I have to go now. 1 advfox reacted to this
