I've looked online but nothings there To get Anima you must obtain all the "hidden" treasure chest in all the temples using the Destruction Spheres. Then you have to go to the airship and put these coordinates. X= 11 to 16Y: 57 to 63 Google "CLOISTER OF TRAILS FAQ V1.7" and the first choice is a guide that will help you obtain the treasures to get Anima.
