I doubt it, personally the only main feature from the portable games which I want to return is the Command decks, I feel they were the best combat additions added in the series a long with forms in KH2.

That and flowmotion, better developed so that you feel like you can do nearly anything. 

 

But d-links.. I doubt they will come back. Mainly because they were not very useful, at least not to me. The only time they proved useful to me was mainly Aqua's d-link for the first boss. Other than that, I only used them to complete the reports.

I think it would be cool if you were playing as Sora and could d-link with kairi and lea and like, borrow some spells from kairi or flamey attacks from lea. Maybe some darkness attacks from riku

But i guess its pretty pointless ;P

Meh, I doubt it, the D-Links were just a substitute for summons in Birth by Sleep. Now that we're returning back to a console game, we're most likely going to get our summons back. Don't get me wrong, I loved the D-Links, I thought they were very useful in there own way, but they probably wouldn't fit the Kingdom Hearts III formula too well. I mean, Deck Commands aren't returning, so the odds of D-Links returning is pretty slim. But I am glad they are keeping/improving/adding to Flowmotion from Dream Drop Distance, I need more of that stuff, it's freaking addictive!

D.linking was meh. I'd rather have a buddy system or a tag system.
