At the very most, it is a reference to the Electric Light Parade... this game came out over 11 years ago... there is no possible way that it was a hint 'hey guys this is going to be a summon in kingdom hearts IiI I have the most planning skillz ever'. No. Just no. It happens to be something that was in KH1, and that eventually made it's way into KH3. So to be clear: It doesn't say that Gepetto made it. It doesn't say that "NOMURA KNEW HE WAS GONNA DO IT". The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted October 21, 2013 Nomura is a Xehanort vessel, therefore he can travel to any time period, and so, he put the train in KH1 then went 11 years into the future and decided to showcase it in KH3 as a possible summon, and he kept it quiet so that no one would suspect of his Nomuranort plan!
