No, Combo Master and EXP Zero were new to the game.

Well, I'm pretty sure EXP Zero was already an ability, but they didn't have Combo Master, so maybe. The only reason they add abilities is to make the game closer to the standard of the current games. Birth by Sleep was a pretty inspirational game, so I doubt too much will be added to it...but Combo Master is one of my favorite moves, so I would love to see it in that game!

More combo's instead of the same old 3-5 hit chain OVER AND OVER AGAIN in BBS....it felt redundant. Add some style like KH2 did in the fighting. Don't get me wrong I loved the command attacks but when you've got top level stuff cooling down and you keep fighting using the same combo....
