Please report all problems/bugs/errors related to KH13.com on this topic, providing as much information about the problem as possible. We'll do our best to identify the underlying cause, and come up with a quick solution.

 

List of known problems:

 

- For some reason, cutscene number #2 in the Re:Chain of Memories Japanese & English cutscene archives does not work when given the correct title, "To Lose and Claim Anew". We have renamed this to "To Lose and Claim Ane-w" until we're able to find a fix.

I can't get on the mobile website on my iPhone 5. I only get an error message and it just happened about two days ago.

Ah, I see. That was a problem across the whole mobile site, for any device. I've fixed it now.

When I login, I cannot chat to anyone using the chat bar. It simply says "Please login to use chat". It would be nice to have this fixed. I did have this problem several months ago. It then went away and now has come back. Please fix when you can

I tried using the chat on your account, and I was able to. This means that probably something has gone wrong in your web browser. Can you try another web browser, or try clearing the cookies & cache of your current web browser, and get back to me?

I'm having a problem with status' on the quick view/wee menu (where only the 5 most recent are shown).  I click add comment, and the textbox comes up but no button to actually put the comment through.  It's random, I'd go through the recent ones and get to like the 3rd and be unable to, regardless of who the user is happened to me on several users when trying to comment.

 

Now I nap.

I'm having trouble replicating this problem, in order to investigate it and come up with a fix. I can't seem to get it to happen. If you can work out what causes it to happen, and what causes it to not happen, then I'll have more luck looking into it.

It just seems every time I get to the third one, the comment button disappears, just for the third one.

That's strange. I have no problems getting the button to appear. Maybe you have some kind of Chrome extension that is causing this? I would try a different browser, or try disabling your extensions in Chrome, to see if this fixes the problem. Might help to narrow down the cause of it.

I'm having trouble to access the Video and Music sections, I keep getting a "Fatal error: Can't use function return value in write context in /home/dchiuch/public_html/kh13.com/information.php on line 41" message. I can listen to the songs through Shuffle, but Sountracks and Songs doesn't work and the Videos section I can't access in any way.

All issues with the chat will be gone in a few days time, since we're going to switch to a completely different chat system. Stay tuned!

Fool. Hey. The new chat bar blocks all the links on the bottom of the page. I can barely see Aaron. I know the last chat bar didn't do that. I don't know if it's just me.

We are aware of this issue, you can change your theme to Facebook (No Bar). Thanks anyway.

I'm sorry to bitch, but why the KH-13.COM logo at the bottom of DAYS cutscenes? 

I downloaded them, and can't use them for my videos because of this.

What are you talking about? There's no watermarks in any of our videos.

When ever I put them in Windows Movie Maker, it adds text about KH~13.COM along the bottom of the clip.
