Second Round: October 8th - October 12th. *

XY Break: October 12th - October 19th. **

Semifinals: October 20th - October 22th

* = This round will overlap with the XY break. Same goes for any round at all, you can battle during the XY break.

** = XY break is for those who want to spend a week just to play Pokémon X and Y when it is released. I understand this your hype, so have fun!

1) If you mean the tournament, I made it for fun. It's been going on since May. Every month there was a tournament. In May there was a KH13 League tournament, in June there was a Baby Tournament, in July there was a MAFSUST (or something like that) Tournament, in August there was a Summer Seasonal Tournament and in September there was a Mono Type tournament. Halloween Tournament for October, Fall Seasonal Tournament for November and KH13 League Tournament. In fact I always thought of having a "Champion", "Elite 4", "Gym Leaders" of KH13 but I think it might have been a bit difficult, a bit cliche and also someone took the idea but I don't think it was ever brought to life. I might do it someday, I'm good at making big stuff like this. It'll be determined by the tournaments especially. 

 

2) If you mean sign up sheet, there are countless of reasons (Explained by each step of the Sign up Sheet)...

 

A) Username is needed so your opponent can know what your username is to find you and battle you.

B) Time Zone is needed sometimes when it comes to planning who fights who in the First Round. It didn't determine who battle who in the Mono Type Tournament and this tournament though.

C) Also helps determine who battles who. Also so we all know why you are gone during those days. But it wasn't used for planning opponents in this nor the last tournament either. But still we need to know why you aren't able to respond nor battle.

D) Well It is optional after all.

E) Optional too.
