kingdomlanelover 494 Posted September 26, 2013 (edited) Hey everyone, back when 1.5 had just released in Japan, it looked as though it was going to be the worst selling Kingdom Hearts game to date. However, now I am happy to report that KH 1.5 has now outsold KH Re:Coded! This is very exciting news since the game didn't start off too well in Japan, but thanks to other territories, the game is at its full potential, and I'm sure that 2.5 will now be announced in the future! Caity 3,946 Posted September 27, 2013 .....Honestly how would you not expect KH 1.5 to outsell Re:Coded eventually, it's Re:Coded.... 2 Raziel and CardCaptorDeadpool reacted to this
chi-blade 125 Posted September 27, 2013 I compiled those numbers for a news article on KH13. They're the first week sales of HD remasters in Japan only. Not all-time or worldwide Oh, I should have read it more cautiously. When (if) 2.5 gets released, I think they should consider doing a special edition where they include 1.5 for a higher price. That would boost the sales in my opinion!

I think they'll probably release 2.5 by itself, and then release some kind of 'Master Collection' later on down the track. This is just baseless speculation though. KingdomHearts123456 32 Posted September 28, 2013 Announcing 2.5 right now would basically be saying we have 1.5 but 2.5 is on its way soon, and the collection in 2.5 will be far better. With 2 of the best games in the series. Also the 2 longest well Kh1 is long the first time if you dont know where to go, but playing it now at an older age, I see that its not as hard to figure out where to go. Still 2.5 collection is much stronger. Im also not worried about sales at this point, the die hard fans will buy it, and also when Kingdom Hearts 3 finally comes Disney Channel and Disney will be fully behind Kh3 and the advertising will be like it was for Kh2. I have no worries about the futures in sales. KH3 is going to bank money, kids will buy it seeing Donald and Goofy. Jak and Daxter was a much better series than Ratchet and Clank. I never liked Ratchet and Clank I always thought the Jak series had a better story, better characters, better and more diverse gameplay. Just imo though.
