PS VITA or Nintendo 3DS?

I like more PS VITA because IMO the kind of games are better.

I guess the 3DS would be better games-wise, but talking about hardware Vita all the way. Also if you plan on getting a PS4 there is more incentive to get one.

I used to be completely devoted to Nintendo, now I love Sony just a little bit more (and despise Microsoft)... But despite that, the 3DS is still better than the Vita imo. Not a fan of Nintendo's home consoles (while Sony's are amazing) but when it comes to handhelds, Nintendo > Sony.

3DS, I don't even have a tiny bit of interest in the Vita. I played it once, and hated the system layout, and there aren't any games that I'd want for it anyway. 3DS has a better game library and more fun and intuitive features, in my opinion.

Vita: powerful components, practically useless since most of the games your gonna play on it are PS3 games, and not everyone wants to play their PS3 games all the time. If it had a larger, improved lybrary, it may have actually been a decent handheld.

3DS: small lybrary and powers components, but the system shows something Nintendo dose best: performing better than expefted. It's able to handle games like KI:U and its multiplayer with releatively no lag as I've seen, finally brought DLC on with FE:A, which got a 9.2 by IGN, better that pretty much all of the Vita's own games, it has all sorts of downloadable content, info videos, and decent prices for games in their shop, which is rather easy to navigate, unlike the Vita(maybe the Sony systems just confuse me, I also have issues with the PS3 store) and if were counting unreleased games, we have Pokemon X/Y coming, and with its many updates(like loving into 3D models instead of sprites, finally) to the game interface, this kinda blows the Vita out of the water.

The Vita's a brilliant piece of hardware, but it's lacking truly exceptional games that I can't play anywhere else.  The 3DS, while it's just a dual screened portable Gamecube,it has a library of truly exceptional games (The quantity is just ok, but it seems like there is a big title being released every month which is pretty solid for them), so I give the nod to a 3DS as best portable for this gen

The 3DS is a better handheld in my opinion. It isn't as powerful, but it's more portable and more fun to carry around due to the chance of meeting someone else via streetpass. Also KH3D. It's the only game I played for more than a few weeks and it's still amazing.

Can i say I like them both? The only reason I chose the 3DS was because it has a lot more games I want. The Vita only has one game I want, which I could get for a different system I already have. Saying that the 'games are better' is silly. Everyone's got their tastes.

Let's see. 3DS: Bigger, better library of exclusives; PSVITA: Shit library, failure of a system (MH3 Ultimate and MH4 sold almost as many total physical copies in Japan by 9/15 as all VITA games). Gee, which one could possibly be better?

3DS for sure. Even though Sony has handhelds that can hold more data then Nintendo ones, they only know how to make good games  for Consoles and not handhelds, while Nintendo can do that for both. So i'd choose 3DS over Vita anyday. THe only good games i'd want for Vita are Gravity Rush and Uncharted Golden Abyss.

Yeah, the VITA is ok, but I think it's trying too hard to be a smaller home console, whereas 3DS is it's own thing. Plus the games are much more fun.
