It's been a few months since 1.5 was released in Japan though, and this is a Japanese convention. it's not bad timing to announce it there, and they'll have to announce it during 2013 anyway if they want to release the game during 2014. KH 1.5 HD remix came out March 14th in Japan. Announcing Kh 2.5 HD remix would not be bad timing especially since this is a Japanese event, Anyway as for this thread. Weather it's fake or not. I can't help but notice "The second coming" Second could be referring to either KH2 (Second = 2), or a reappearance. Either one of those would point to KH2.5 Of course, I'm not getting my hopes up yet. For all we know, it could be a repeat of what Square did with the The World Ends With You countdown site.
