There was NO fight scene (or any kind of interaction at all) between Cloud and Sephy in the original Kingdom Hearts. In the original, you just pick the Platinum fight in the Colosseum and fight Sephy, that's it. Either your memory is foggy, or the video you watched was an emulated Final Mix with a fanmade translation.
