do you think kingdom hearts III will have a stronger final fantasy influences?

okey kingdom hearts has become more like final fantasy throughout the years since kh1 in both story and tone but do you guys think it would benifit to add an final fantasy words and replasing the disney summons like genie and peter pan with shiva or ifrit? imagine if like sora somehow went to the ff mainstream universe and become a li cie in ff 13 and helped lightning and snow or helping a 17 year old tidus defeat sin with yuna,auron,rikku and wakka or imagine if sora awoke to find himself a student of seed academy and meets the younger dick version of squall that would be cool would'nt it these are just ideas do you think my idea is better or do you prefer kh the way it is id like to know your thoughts.

I don't see how it has gotten more like Final Fantasy. Final Fantasy worlds would ruin it. Final Fantasy Summons would ruin it.

 

In the end Kingdom Hearts is it's own game. Take away the Disney aspect and it becomes something completely different. It would become another version of Final Fantasy. It would also make it less unique. Which isn't good.

I wouldn't say it became more like final fantasy. But I would wan't more final fantasy characters to star in it. More preferably the old cast that was in Kh 1 and Kh2. But I also want some more of there newest characters, like noel or lightning.

i dont think so, they used final fantasy in the first game to create interest for the game series, i dont see it being much of an influence in KH 3. Also, i like kingdom hearts for what it is, i think they are fine without adding final fantasy

Whoa, Whoa. I think liamaru has a point with this thread. I mean as much as I like Kingdom Hearts it has become too Disney orientated. I mean Atlantica?  I hated every minute of that stage due to weird controls in the first game and annoying songs in the second. Plus, Kingdom Hearts is suppose to be a crossover of both FF and Disney characters along with adding its own characters to the mix. The crossover was suppose to mean they both equally represented in this game. However, the last KH character to appear was Zack and that was back in BBS. While Disney has added crap loads of its characters in every KH again. The balance is off. We need some Final Fantasy added to this elaborate Kingdom Hearts formula.

You're right silly me. The series isn't even a crossover anymore. It's just mainly Disney orientated despite the development with the KH characters. If it had more Final Fantasy it could probably offset this balance since FF has a much more serious tone than Disney.

I felt that way to. I think that the balance is just right. For me KH was first of all Disney and Square cooperation with addition of FF characters, which of course is nice, but more FF? New characters are fine, but whole worlds? That wouldn't be right, those are separate games so why would they present their stories in KH one more time? It wouldn't fit anyway - one day we have Tidus on Destiny Islands, and the other one he is in Spira fighting Sin? Just go play some Final Fantasy. Kingdom Hearts is a separate thing and it should stay that way.Genarally i think that we have Disney, and for more seriousness we have the Kingdom Hearts characters (OrganizationXIII etc.). Final Fantasy should stay only as an adition to the game. Although summons from FF would be awesome.

in kingdom hearts chain of memories the Disney element of the game was almost completely cameo i me axel cursed larexene bitch slapped namene the Disney world were completely irrelevant. marluxia uses namene as a human shield sora mercilessly kills larexene and marluxia "did't even show any remorse" sora gets's separated from donold axel mercilessly kills vexen (well axel is an assassin in general) the list could go on but again the disney element serves nearly no impotence and is unnecessary if you over look it in any kh game the story will not change!

LOL yep. Maleficent cursed in Birth by Sleep. She said something like "welcome to hell" and so did that one blonde guy (cant remember his name) from the tron world in DDD.
