Geotrix 862 Posted September 6, 2013 (edited) Mine would have to go to Shadow of the Colossus to this one, I've never seen so much detail been put into one game, the Colossus A.I. is so fine tuned you really feel like a massive beast is really there from their slow movements to notice you and the way they slowly move towards you just seems so real. I believe it's the 5th or 6th Colossus when you have to hide in these Bunker areas when it steps over it you can see dust fall. The bird type Colossus, you run a lot slower going up it because the wind is pushing against you. This game has so much detail, I only went over the basics. What game have you played which you feels has the most detail/polish? Edited September 6, 2013 by Geotrix 1 RoxSox reacted to this

Hero of Winds 2,576 Posted September 6, 2013 The Last of UsNaughty Dog really focused on the AI in the game. They wanted the Infected to be something you'll worry about but could easily predict because they had the Hunters. The Hunters were human survivors who still plan and proceed in any given way, which is why, a wave of them should be handle with stealth, because it can get way too tough on your ammo and your health if you alarm them.Getting through Survivor on The Last of Us was really tough because of the Hunters. They were highly unpredictable.
RoxSox 3,593 Posted September 6, 2013 Shadow of the Colossus, as you listed, triumphs in detail. But also it's predecessor, Ico... Portal 2. Everything about it. All of the Bioshock games pay great attention to detail when it comes to their setting and story. The setting of Mass Effect is incredibly detailed. 1 Geotrix reacted to this

Ico is a great game, such a simplistic premise but it's got so much depth with the way you communicate with Yorda, and how even the most simple of puzzles can confuse you, and all the hidden weapons are fun to find as well. Geotrix 862 Posted September 6, 2013 I understand you're trying to do a pun back, but I don't get it. It was more of a KH related pun, but I'm not gonna explain it as it kills my joke which was unfunny anyway.

Yeah, you have to learn the gameplay, figure it out yourself and by time you do that, you just wasted two to three days learning gameplay and not progressing the story. However, that's does not mean the story and characters suck. I really liked the characters and story. 1 EternalReckoning reacted to this
