So, some people have text under their user names. The so called "User Title". How do you get one for yourself? owO Do you have to have a certain amount of posts, do you need to be part of the site staff?

Well, Don't ever ask for one... because if you do you'll get spat at. I havn't asked personally... but I've seen others, and it ain't pretty. o.o

 

But in order to get one you must be

• Be part of the Staff, which... isn't gonna happen soon.
• Be a huge contributor(sp?) to the site.
• Make one of the Admins want to get in your pants...

 

That's pretty much it.

From what I have seen among granting members one:

1. You must be a good contributor and respectful member to others, ex: not trying to pick fights, contribute posts that are helpful or well thought of and be an active member in the community...

2. Do not post mainly in the Random section and contribute more to other sections of the forum.

3. Yes, you get them with staff position, but don't be discouraged, just post and be respectful to others and try to stay on topic with the discussions...and you'll get a custom user title one day. 8D

 

That is what I see of how users get the title in my opinion.

It is called a Custom User Title. Basically, here's Rox's explaination again, but improved:

 

-Become part of the Staff. This means Moderators/Admins, which won't happen with Admins, but you may get lucky to be a Mod. But you have to be a good member and not spam a lot in forums such as the Random section. Oh and the person in charge of this site only allows girls

-If the admins/mods like you. If they think you're a good member, they will award you with it. It's rare that happens, but it still works.

-Help with the Projects section. As you can see on the left, I am Project Leader (which mean you'll also see my CUT). Now if you do contribute on it, you will be rewarded. I don't know HOW you'll be rewarded, but it's up to the admin on how you'll be rewarded.

-Get in the admin's pants

 

That's basically it. Of course they really don't do much, besides a phrase to put on it.

 

Also, you can get access to post on the Best of KH13 threads. Those threads cannot be posted unless you have CUT.

just be respectful with members, post smart, and be a nice, not spammer member its really not that hard to get but some members just decide to be the opposite of that sadly

No one's really putting it in a bad way, they're just saying what they think are ways to get a CUT.

But I think the easiest and best way is to be active in the forums, be a good, kind and respectful member. As well as being helpful and not spamming (like everyone else has said).
