Shulk 8,623 Posted August 17, 2013 (Hey guys, Black Star here. I've wanted to do a KH13 story for a while now, and decided to finally work on one... This idea's probably been done before, but whatever. ) Hi there. I've got a lot of names, but please, call me Black Star. I'm an ordinary Kingdom Hearts fan, like anyone else on here. I live an average life. I go to school, talk to friends, go on the internet... And go on adventures to stop evil from corrupting the world. Well, to be fair, I only went on one. Still, it's something most people can't say they did over Summer vacation, right? Well, I've decided to recount my tales here... While I'd like for you all to enjoy this, I'll warn you: Be careful, this could happen again at any time. Now then, let's get started, shall we? "Ugh... How did I end up sleeping on the floor...?" I muttered to myself, waking up from my slumber and gazing around my bedroom. "Wait... How did I end up in this room!?" I looked around, noticing that I was in some place I'd never seen before. Was I kidnapped, or being some sort of test rat? I continued searching the room, quickly noticing a slightly opened door. I peeked through the crack of light from outside. "It looks safe enough..." I opened the door and went through into the next room, hoping to solve the mystery of this strange place I woke up in. "What happened yesterday...? It was a normal day, I think... I went on KH13, talked to some friends, played Kingdom Hearts..." I recounted the events of the previous day, and eventually found a door decorated with a crescent moon. I opened the door, being alert in case of a surprise trap on the other end... "It appears that you've finally awoken..." I heard a familiar voice say in the center of the room. I peered at the man, and my jaw dropped. "Yen Sid!? But... You aren't real, though!" Had I just walked into a Disney movie? Nothing was making sense anymore. A character from my favorite game series was right before me, speaking to me! "You might think of it that way... The truth is, we're from different worlds. I've simply taken you from your homeworld, and brought you here. Your strength will prove very helpful in an upcoming conflict..." Yen Sid informed me. I took a few seconds to think about this. I had so many questions circling around in my head, and the wizard had barely answered anything. "So, wait... Multiple worlds... You mean like in Kingdom Hearts?" I asked Yen Sid. Had I just been taken into the games? "Hm... Yes, your world's interpretation of the stories of the multiple worlds is that they are simply games made for entertainment. However, those games are also chronicles of true events, albeit slightly modified due to the transfer of legends. Some worlds have heard that there are others out there, but many don't believe this to be true." The old wizard explained more. "The storyline of Kingdom Hearts is all a retelling of history!? No way... I can't believe that, it's awesome! My favorite games, and I'm now right in the middle of them!" I was absolutely ecstatic. I could meet my childhood heroes? Why wouldn't I take that chance? "Calm down, Axel... Or, Black Star as you're known now. I haven't brought you here for a meet and greet. There is serious business to discuss..." Yen Sid gave me his famous serious stare I'd seen so often in his games. I straightened up. "I'd assume you're ready for your mission... You see, the worlds have been living in peace for 3 years now... The balance of light and dark has been kept at a safe level, and it would seem as though the Heartless and Nobodies never even existed. However, I've sensed that this balance is being disturbed once again. You are familiar with Organization XIII, correct?" The wizard asked me, testing my Kingdom Hearts knowledge. "Of course I do, they were the group of Nobodies that Xemnas used to reform Kingdom Hearts. They were defeated though, and the members were restored to their original forms. Their trouble's long gone now, why are you bringing them up?" I asked him, curious about what their importance was. "I'm sure you're aware that, while we know where the members from Radiant Garden have wound up, we haven't seen some members yet. I have reason to believe that they're the ones causing these issues, and that they might have formed a new organization. Adding to this, some individuals from a few worlds have learned how to harness the Heartless once again, and are now wreaking havoc. Now, this is where we need you. You are joining a team of others to defeat the remaining Organization XIII members, the individuals controlling the Heartless, and to save the worlds once again." Yen Sid debriefed me on my mission. Once again, my eyes lit up in excitement. "I'm going to join other people to take them on? Does that mean I can team up with Sora and the others? That's so cool! Wait... Why me, anyway? I don't even have a Keyblade!" I listed off a ton of questions once again, too excited to contain myself. The Keyblade master sighed. "Sora and the other Keyblade Masters have all been dispatched as well. You might team up with them at times, but they won't be in your main team. You see... We've gathered a group of people who all have extensive knowledge on the true history of the worlds. You might know some of them..." "Wait! You don't mean..." I began to speak, but was cut off by someone bursting through the door. "Hey, Master Yen Sid! I forgot to ask you something! How do I use my Keyblade Armor and Glider, again?" Another boy ran in the room, questioning Yen Sid. When he noticed me there, we stared at each other for a while, attempting to figure out who the other was. "Uh... Wait a sec... You're Spiderfreak1011, aren't you!?" I asked him. Of course, people with knowledge of Kingdom Hearts. If he found me, it'd make sense for him to find some of my other friends, too. "AXEL!?" Spider shouted, surprised to see me. "You were chosen to come here, too? Finally, I managed to meet up with someone else I know! Can you believe it? We're at the Mysterious Tower!" He sounded just as excited as I was. "Yep, I'm here too! It's amazing to actually be here! Of course... We need to do some serious work, too... Are any of the other members of our team here yet, or what? I've only seen us two here so far..." I asked, still curious about who else would be along for the ride. "Allow me to answer that for you... The rest of your team all awoke before you, and I'd assume are already at their destination. You'd best hurry... I suppose I should give you two a little training with your Keyblades, though." Yen Sid told us. He took us outside the tower, and demonstrated how to summon a Keyblade to us. I held my hand out, focusing energy in my palm. I did what Yen Sid had told me to do. Suddenly, there was a bright flash of light. Once I could see again, I saw a Keyblade in my hand. It had a design similar to the Oathkeeper, but the color scheme was much darker, being black, red, and grey. "Whoa!" I shouted, surprised I'd actually managed to summon a Keyblade. Yen Sid explained that I'd had this ability for years now, but hadn't known until then. "Let me try, too!" Spider shouted, attempting what I'd done. He also got a Keyblade to appear, however, his was different. It was shorter, and had a grey and yellow color scheme. The teeth at the end had a zig-zag pattern, like a lightning bolt. "Alright, I did it!" He exclaimed, proud of his work. After we summoned our Keyblades, Yen Sid explained to us how to transform our Keyblades into Gliders, and gave us each a piece of armor: Mine covered the upper portion of my arm, while Spider's was a shoulderpad. Yen Sid explained to us that the sphere in the center would allow the armor to transform and protect the whole body. After a last explanation, and a quick farewell, Spider and I went into our armored forms, and rode our Keyblade Gliders to our next destination: Twilight Town. (Well, that's all for today, folks. There will be other people showing up at the next world, I just found it easier to start with two and go up from there!) 3 TheWayToDawn, Firaga and Marth reacted to this

That's why i really dislike playing as Terra in BBS, and is why i will not do the extra bosses with him in 2.5. I will do the extra bosses DEFINITELY with Ventus, and maybe with Aqua, but DEFINITELY NOT AS TERRA. No problem! It's not really a new concept or anything, I just wanted to put my own spin on it. Glad to know everyone's enjoying it so far. Coolio. Can't wait to see this all unfold. I can't wait to keep it going. I don't want to do two chapters today though, that's too soon. I hope I'll find time inbetween school and all those things to write. Yeah, it takes forever to learn how to dodge with him. I wouldn't even say it's dodging, it's more like a temporary speed boost. He has no invincibility frames, I believe. I managed to take out Vanitas Remnant with him on my first Standard playthrough (Would've gone with Proud first, but it was the first PSP game I played of the three I got with the system, and I needed to figure out the controls and everything still), but I don't know how I'll do it on my Critical playthrough... That's mostly Aqua for me. Her personality could've been defined a little better, though... I hope KHIII expands on her a little more, she kept jumping around with her ideals, which was kinda weird. 1 Reyn reacted to this
Shulk 8,623 Posted September 10, 2013 Chapter 2 Spider and I landed at the bottom of the station heights of Twilight Town, taking in the sights of the fantasy world. "I can't believe we're actually here..." I muttered, reverting my armor back to its initial state. "Yeah! I never thought that I'd be here in Twilight Town!" Spider exclaimed, repeating what I'd done. I had a quick idea. "Hey... You know, there's something that I've always wanted to try..." I looked up at the clock tower. "When we find the rest of the team, we should all check out the tower. Come on, you know it's something you've always wanted to try too, and I'm sure the others have, too!" I said, excited by my idea. "Yeah, when we're all together, we need to try that out!" Spider laughed, also ecstatic. "But first, we need to catch up to the others... Where would a group of people likely gather here, anyway?" He asked, looking around. "Struggle... The sandlot! Come on, let's go!" I shouted, running off in the direction of the sandlot. Spider tagged along, keeping up with my speed. Thankfully, we knew exactly where we were going. After a couple minutes, we found our way to the sandlot. Ironically enough, a Struggle game was going on when we got there, so the arena was crowded with cheering fans. Spider and I found a bench and sat there, trying to look around for any familiar faces. The match in the arena ended, causing an uproar in the crowd. The guy sitting next to me ended up bumping me in the elbow, and turned to apologize. I turned to face him, and noticed that he looked familiar, same with the two people next to him... "Firaga Sensei? AT-LOW Kihara? WolfOfDarkness...?" I asked the three, surprised to have run into them at the Struggle game. "Wait a second... You're Black Star?" Firaga asked me, also surprised by the looks of it. "What took you so long to get here? We've been here for a while now..." Kihara asked. "Black Star-sensei!" Wolf shouted. "Hey, don't forget me, Spiderfreak!" Spider shouted, letting the others know he was there, too. "Looks like we're all on the same team, then! Heh, alright!" I grinned, glad to know that we'd found some other group members. "Yeah, and Yen Sid told us that at least one other person left for here before us... Looks like we'll end up having a huge team." Firaga told us, while Wolf and Kihara nodded. "Sounds good by me, the more, the better! We could use a bigger team too, Yen Sid told us this would be a tough mission." I explained. "Now then, I guess we have to go track down any other remaining members..." I muttered, looking around. "I don't recognize anyone here... I guess we won't be finding them here." "So... Should we head over to the station?" Wolf asked, suggesting another place to investigate. "Yeah, that would be the next closest place to go look. Let's go!" Kihara said, and we all made our way up to the train station... However, on our way there, we heard screaming come from the direction we were going. "Looks like we made a good choice..." I muttered, going full sprint up the hill. 2 Marth and Firaga reacted to this
