Okay, I'm having another déjà vu. I swear that this has been a poll not too long ago (maybe a few months).

My school teachers always say to never use Wikipedia because it's unreliable... Not that I care.

When I generally need to look up something I would go there first but when I need to cite sources for coursework I never use it 'cause it's deemed unreliable

I use it if I need to look up someone famous (If a TV or movie star I probably would use IMDB) or occasionally shows or games. But for shows/games I tend to prefer their own personal wikis.

Wikipedia might not be a "reliable" source, but it does give you quick information that usually is mostly correct. Also it is often written like a research paper, where you can then look at the sources for their information yourself.

Wikipedia is a bunch of bullshit. (Unless it's sponsored by a website that the article talks about or is in anyway shape or form related to the site. It is also valid if it has cited it's sources.)
