Master Keeper 687 Posted August 13, 2013 Transforming questions I do know that I can transform any of my pokemons from Heart Gold/ Soul Silver into Black 2/ White 2,same goes with Black 2/ White 2 into X and Y. ( correct me if I am wrong).What about Platinum, Pearl and Diamond what if I got pokemons on those three, can I transform them into X and Y?The same question to Black 1/ White1, where can I transform the pokemons on those?
